There's 7 races left. As it stands Bottas is going to wipe out a third of Hamilton's points advantage. It doesn't take much.
He's 55 behind and only gaining by 11. A fifth, not a third.

He might have posted that when he was 5th, not 3rd, but either way....He's 55 behind and only gaining by 11. A fifth, not a third.

CorrectDumb question, but if Hamilton reaches 12 points on his license, is it a 1 race suspension?
There has to be a better solution, when you can get a 5 second penalty for a small mistake.
Lewis did lose time in traffic, and strategy was changed because of the penalty.Bottas is way more than 10 seconds ahead of Lewis, he would have won this race regardless.

Second penalty point now also confirmed. 10 points total nowHe got a penalty point for the first one, second one not yet confirmed
The fact that they had backups ready to change in a few seconds says enoughGRO again showing how stupid the bollard system was, how was he supposed to make it around them from there, and how does it make any sense?
Where did you find that?Second penalty point now also confirmed. 10 points total now
Dutch commentary has seen the FIA statementsWhere did you find that?
Yes, but you are grading on a curve (with bollards near the exit of the curve). To be fair to Sochi this hasn't been a bad race. And hasn't needed red flags to me reasonably entertaining.
