I guess it depends on my mood, but it's not always so bad to drive it. It just embodies some of what I dislike in a track -- arrow-like straights punctuated by herky-jerky corners. At least it's not as wide as the Atlantic ocean, like some of the other tracks.Funny thing about Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. It's one of the most fun tracks i've ever driven on in real life. And the all mighty corkscrew is actually quite easy to drive.
Unlike Road America, I imagine Laguna Seca could be fun with my vehicles IRL. I'd sooner roadtrip to the Appalachians or Rockies, though. I want to visit Pike's Peak someday.
It certainly flows, but for an "Alpine" track it's unbelievably speedway-like. A European equivalent of Fujimi Kaido would have been nice. Your preference and my preference aren't compatible, though, so I'll hope for something else to come along.I like Bernese Alps because of its fast flow. I'd much rather have a track like that, than some chicane barriered attempt at a racetrack.
Thank you! I was trying to remember the name of the street course in SEGA's Ferrari F355 Challenge. That was a great arcade game, it's a shame the physics were so iffy and the shifters were perpetually broken.Long Beach would be another great addition.
