@DaveyGT1
Have you played the other Forza games?
If so, then you should be able to redeem some money from Forza rewards. You just need to sign in on the Forza site with your xbox live username and password.

Just started the game, but I really wanted the LaFerrari, but I'm not get any decent winnings yet, so I bought 2 packs of Tokens. The 1000 pack one. I paid for them both but when I go to use the tokens, it says I have no tokens at all :( Can it sometimes take awhile for them to go into my game? any ideas?
Pro drivatar 1v1s. Never need micro transactions again :)

That + wheelspins and forza rewards

When do Forza rewards happen? Every other week?
Every month you get certain awards for certain Forza games (right now it's 4,Horizon,5,and Horizon 2 that qualify for rewards). You claim them and wait a month for the next set.

EDIT: Tree'd.

If the tokens and/or car don't show up after a hard reset it sounds like you need to call Microsoft and tell them what's going on. Are you sure you bought Forza Horizon 2 tokens and not ones for another game?

Cheers i didn't even know about that.

Just found the FAQ page and it says this:

Why haven't I received my rewards in Forza Horizon 2 on the Xbox 360?

Forza Rewards benefits are only available in the Xbox One version of Forza Horizon 2. This means that Xbox 360 players will not receive Forza Rewards credits or cars. In addition, progress in the 360 version of Forza Horizon 2 does not count towards your Forza Rewards Tier Level score. Only progress in the Xbox One version of Forza Horizon 2 will count towards your overall Forza Score (and Tier Level) in Forza Rewards.

 It's a bloody Forza game and it doesn't count because we didn't go next gen yet? Nice...

Thanks for the heads up about Forza rewards, just claimed the 600,000 credits for Horizon 2. I think I'm gunna have to contact Microsoft about the tokens issue.

Gunna start chasing down the pro drivatars like GranTurismoguy said :)

Yup, all of these are basically why I have a huge car collection built up. Well that and the dlc cars are free with your first purchase. :D

Yeah, I should have warned you about that. I had to find out the hard way myself when I bought the 360 version of FH2. Basically, it seems to me that Turn 10 has the 360 version to get players to move onto the xbox one and I certainly don't appreciated that.

They could have gone and made a truly great last hurrah for the 360 version by including all of the cars from both FH2 & 1 to result in an even bigger car list or add an expansion pack for the 360 version to allow players to drive on the FH1 map, but no; they didn't do that and screwed xbox 360 players. Not having FH2 on the 360 count torwards the rewards program; what a load of 🤬. I still can't believe they did that. Turn 10, it's things like this that make you look bad! I suggest you don't continue.

Sorry about that, I had to rant a bit.

While I do have the Xbox One version and this doesn't affect me, I do sympathize. I'd in fact be pretty pissed off about this had I purchased the 360 version. They could at least have made it so that it would count in part to your rewards score. As for not getting rewards credits and cars, I do not see any reason for this. Surely, this would have been possible without too much effort.

I haven't been able to play FH2 much lately, but last night I had some free time, so I hopped in my Ferrari 500 Mondial and went for a drive. And that was it. Just drive. I listened to the latest "Wait Wait Don't Tell Me" podcast and had a great time.

People may complain about this being more arcade than sim, and I appreciate that that is an important distinction for them, but for me, an easygoing cruise in a beautiful old car around the south of France and north of Italy is the perfect way to relax and enjoy the game.

I'm doing okay at the rivals at the moment, unlike other racing games a blatant shortcut or two can wipe tenths or even seconds off your laptimes. Some of those ghosts seem to be cutting out a quarter of the track.

It's a shame how all the leaderboards are combined into one, and aren't split by class or anything (at least in FH2-360). I haven't bothered with Rivals because it seems pointless in anything less than an S2 car.

The XBone leaderboards are divided by class. If the 360 version's aren't I guess it's just another in the list of rotten half hearted decisions for that game. I'm glad I went the next-gen route for this one.

I wish the XB1 LBs were split into tuned and non-tuned cars at least though.

Hear hear! I'm enjoying the game also (all i play lately). I can recommend the Willys Jeep for cruising; nice high viewpoint open roof and a max speed of 120k's an hour :)

Also physics wise the game is quite good if you play with a wheel. A couple of times i wanted to be a cheeky bastard during a race and cut a corner over the grass, and i just got launched, lost control and spun out.

You got an Xbone?

Ah okay. I remember you were thinking about getting one. I would have gotten mine by now, if Thrustmaster TX was not so unreliable. I don't want to play without wheel :(. Stupid MS they are trying to get exclusives on the wheel market and they are shooting themselves in the leg...

Same here if my CSR would have worked I would have picked up a Xbone last Christmas, and I would be playing FH2 next gen now...

Yes.... Too many people that had wheels did not get an Xbox One. Right now the only choice is the TX which I would buy if it didn't break so easily.

Dammit, i'm at the Forza Horizon final, and only there i figure out that you can turn off the icons popping up for the skill chain and the annoying SFX that go with them all the time
hamma26x27.gif

Those 20 hours i put in so far would have been so much more relaxed if i found out earlier...

Talking of such, how is the sound mix on the Xbone version? Does your engine sound also get drowned out with all the loud SFX? You can't adjust the volume separately on the 360.

Highest I saw in game was lv. 668 I think. And he was terrible, in a 6-man lobby never finished higher then 3rd through 10+ races.
