Is this the first game that the lmoo2 has been in?
Let me check for you. One minute

Edit: looks like it has. Someone was quick to adding fh2 in

The first Forza game? I don't know.
The first video game it's featured in, no it isn't. I know, because I remember seeing that truck in the racing game "Asphalt: Urban GT2".

No sign of the Top Gear pack. Doubtless Johniwanna and the rest of the Turn10 team are too busy hunting down Jeremy Clarkson for leaking the details online (NB I don't think it was really him who did it ) to release the pack. No February rewards yet either *grumble*.

I've had a spin with the XJ220 and the 458 Speciale. Both are great cars, especially the latter.
Here's a little tuning protip for the 458 Speciale: put the AWD conversion. Trust me, it'll boost the car's performance to ludicrous levels. Hell, I think the 458 Speciale has the right cards to give the Huracan and the GT-R a run for its money!

I think I'm right in saying the XJ220 has the best Turbo noise in the game. Its absolutely spectacular.
You'll get no argument from me. ;)

I got in it, radio went off, cruise on to the Autostrada with the turbos chirping at low revs, drop a few gears and wound that V6 up to the redline and then backed off, I was rewarded with the sound of boost venting to the atmosphere in glorious style.

Next port of call? New turbos, new cams and a less restrictive exhaust. :D

On a slightly unrelated note, I do wonder how much potential there is for a community website similar to GTPlanet, but dedicated to the Forza series. Right now there is the official forum on the Forza website, but it has maybe a third of the activity of GTP. In fact if you type "Forza forum" on Google, the FM5 section of GTP comes up as the 3rd best result.

Pretty strange that such a massive series doesn't have more of a following outside of the game.

I can gladly say that I finally got all of those pesky discount boards in FH2 on the Xbox One. Now, I can instantly move from point a to b on both FH2 ports.

Despite having played this game for many hours just driving around the map I've realised I'm somehow still missing a single speed trap, I have no idea where it could possibly be or if it's glitched and just isn't registering for whatever reason.

Loving the new Lexus in this pack, I'd completely ignored the cars existence until it turned up here and now it's one of my favourites.

I had a couple of speed traps I hadn't tripped for a couple of months, even after having found every road on the map. I think it was because I had driven through them on road trips or races, which doesn't trigger them..

Bet your missed trap is in Nice, that's where I found two I missed because of races.

Might be, I spend so much time in Nice when I'm tuning cars but there's surely some roads I haven't driven outside of races. I'll have to take a more methodical approach and focus on finding it next time.

I found a trap that I was missing yesterday, it was on one of the twisty roads along the seaside from Nice to Castelletto. Still missing 1 more trap and over 50 XP/Discount boards.

I'm still missing one of the roads, maybe the missing trap is on one of them.

What would help is if someone could list the names (and/or approximate locations?) of all the speed traps in the game so stragglers like me know which ones they're missing.

I was having some fun at the docks, smashing into these blue barrels pictured below, when I've had an idea.

You can smash into these barrels and push them around for as long as you want, and they never disappear or get destroyed or anything like that. So would it be possible to play a game of Car Football with them?

Fired up my XB1 last night for a go with the new DLC. The XJ220 and Speciale are awesome, as is the LM002. Downloaded the Storm Island DLC also, I'll be playing that this weekend for sure.
