Updated the first post. There are probably more cars in the trailer especially towards the end but I just can't make them out.

It won't play as good on the 360, no weather and not as good of graphics. Also I already have a 360.:)
Wait what? When did they confirm the 360 wont have weather or are you just guessing? That trailer looked very good but its also CGI.

Looks like it is set on a tropical Island like TDU, trailer looks good too. I like what I am seeing so far but I hope the map is a decent size this time and I hope MS loses the $50 Season pass, wishfull thinking I'm sure. I will wait for more info before getting too excited about this title.

You know, I was a little salty over the lack of love given to the 360 version but after the announcement of the Nurburgring, I might have to pick up FM5 and FH2 for the One anyway. :)

why lose the season pass it's not like it's required to play anything just seems you money if you want to spend extra money on your DLC cars and then go for it but I wanna spend money up front to save some in the end personally.
also if you would bother reading the first post its not on an island its in Europe Monaco and Italy to be specific

Read OP.

I didn't say lose the season pass, I said lose the $50 season pass, in my opinion, the price is ridiculous. I will not be getting into any further discussion about it as this argument has been beat to death over the years, other than this; yes, I recognize that I don't need to buy any DLC to play the game, and by that same token, I also don't need to buy any more Micrsoft products or games if I don't agree with their business model. Let's hope they keep it reasonable.

And the gameplay looks crap :(

Driving across fields at 120mph in a GT-R? Cornering at 100mph on gravel?

I guess was hoping too much for it to handle the same as FM5.

Forza Horizon is more of an arcade game than a sim like Forza 5. Personally I don't mind the gameplay. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Horizon was never meant to be a simulation based racing game, and in a way I'm glad it isn't. The simcade mixed handling was super fun in Horizon 1, and I didn't expect it to change. I am surprised to see mechanical damage and full tuning included however!

Have you played the original?

Have you played the original?

Yes, but it didn't seem this bad, was just hoping for more as they made sure they mentioned it was based on the FM5 engine.

Trailer plunged my level of hype for it.

Souther Europe doesn't limit itself to Monaco, the trailer didn't showed the variety that Horizon 1 had, neither was it a gameplay showcase and that just tells me how limited the game might be.

Even if I'm dying for an open world game set in Souther France/Nothern Italy, Horizon 2 seem lacking, I loved FH1 and this just seems to giving stabs at The Crew and DriveClub, not to mention that DC looks better and The Crew looks more complete and expansive.

Guess I'm not missing much this time around, but a solid rental for 360.

How you made all that out from a single trailer is beyond me. They're not going to show you the entire game at E3 when it's not out until September!

Maybe it'll be a little more realistic but it definitely won't be Forza Motorsport realistic. But hopefully, cars will react the way cars would react when speeding through the rain with a seriously wet road.
