I’ve updated Porsche’s Acid Green on the chart as well
I did my take for aurora diamond green metallic and appreciate it if you guys could check it out. I dunno if there's a huge difference between colors in FH4 to FH5, I hope it's not too big (I'm on FH5)I added a couple of colors to the spreadsheet. @MadaraxUchiha, I've been working on Aurora Diamond Green Metallic, but I just cannot get it to come out right. I don't do this very often, but I think I'll let you see what you can do with it. I know you already did the color, but I think it was a long time ago. I checked your old values that I wrote down on Saturday in a previous post, and they produced a color that was almost black. I'd be interested to see you take a new attempt at this color, and hopefully we can close this case.
Fiat
Rosso Passione (redo; I originally did the color)
Maserati
Blu Passione
There really isn’t much of a difference because all the colors I’ve used in Forza Horizon 4 and ported to 5 have looked the same. The same goes for the colors on the chart. Sometimes things need a slight upgrade but that’s it. I wish you would’ve provided some images to go with your values. I can’t check my system right now because I’m getting ready to leave.I did my take for aurora diamond green metallic and appreciate it if you guys could check it out. It’s a left click. Also, I’ll add both of these colors to the chart shortlyMercedes-Benz
Danakil Red - Any advice on what to look for in a good reference picture? I want to give this a go.
Porsche

Edit: Porsche's Python Green - is it on the left tick or the right tick brightness wise? I noticed that it only says 0.49.
Thanks Madarax but I was hoping I can learn to make Danakil Red myself. Oh well. It’s a left click. Also, I’ll add both of these colors to the chart shortly
Edit: They’re on the chart now
Well, I mean we’re the ones adding the colors to the chart so….Thanks Madarax but I was hoping I can learn to make Danakil Red myself. Oh well.
It’s a solid color and doesn’t need any changing or upgrading ¯\(ツ)/¯I'm sure you can still try, he can just give you feedback on how close you are to his.

For solid colors, you want to pick your color where the car's paint is the bightest and most well captured. Solid colors are very simple for this reason, and they usually only require slight adjustment. The key is to find a decent reference image. Do that, and you're good to go.I know, but I really wanted to try making it myself to be added after JaCor's feedback. But I'm not going to get worked up over it, there are always more colors
So what do you look for in a decent reference image? Obviously, an outdoor lighted one, but is there more that I need to look at?For solid colors, you want to pick your color where the car's paint is the bightest and most well captured. We don’t need more collaborators. I’ve already said this. You’re free to add your own personal colors to your own personal chart, but I and @JaCor653 and @Mitcho2001 really don’t need help doing this. We’ve already done 10,000+ colors. I think we’re good here.I know, but I really wanted to try making it myself to be added after JaCor's feedback. But I'm not going to get worked up over it, there are always more colors
You've pretty much got it. You want to use images that have the car outside in direct sunlight, so that the paint is fully illuminated and shows the color optimally. So what do you look for in a decent reference image? Obviously, an outdoor lighted one, but is there more that I need to look at?
If @SlowJRNalist, @GTvsForza, or someone else does a color that appears to be accurate and well-made, and that is not in the spreadsheet, then I don't know why it shouldn't get added. Just because you, @Mitcho2001, and I are the main contributors to the spreadsheet doesn't mean that other people can't add in their own colors or ask that their own colors be added in. You were okay with the colors @PlumCrazy010 did until that Mercedes color came up. @ClydeYellow has also posted colors here which were good enough to add to the spreadsheet. That reminds me; he posted some colors a while back that need to be added to the spreadsheet. I should get on that. The point is, I don't think we should be denying people besides the three of us the ability to get their colors added to the spreadsheet. Imagine how much smaller this would be if @Mitcho2001 had done that to me, or if Mitcho and I had done that to you. Also, stop saying "we've already done 10,000+ colors" in every post. You are sounding like a broken record, and it is getting annoying to see you justify anything you say with that reason. We don’t need more collaborators. I’ve already said this. Ok, I’ve personally added thousands of colors myself and have contributed tons of my own personal time to this. Just like you and @Mitcho2001. Now I’m f*** pissed. I really don’t appreciate people trying to steal our thunder. You want to let others contribute, fine, go ahead. While we’re at it, let’s edit all of the f** colors I’ve personally done since someone always has to have some issue or has to have everything 100% accurate. I don’t care what’s getting annoying because my viewpoints are my own and I am not wrong with what I’m saying with the amount of colors we’ve done, and the amount of colors I’ve personally done. I am getting annoyed with people always questioning every ***** thing I do. You wanna contribute @SlowJRNalist? Go ahead. Have fun. You wanna tell me how I should think or feel or what I should say? Go ahead. You've pretty much got it. You want to use images that have the car outside in direct sunlight, so that the paint is fully illuminated and shows the color optimally.

Well, you did those Mack colors. And you did those Hyundai colors a long time ago, but you were still getting familiar with this.I do replica colors, but they're Crayola. So, they wouldn't really fit in the spreadsheet
You should go to Lugar Tranquilo on the East coast to do your painting work. The angle the car faces is better in terms of lighting. Your colors look pretty good, but I can't see them perfectly due to the shadows.Hey guys! Hope all is good. I'm here to show you all my takes on two early Porsche colors: Radiumgrün and Aquamarinmetallic (not to be confused with the Aquamarine Blue already on the list. Reference photos included.

You insulted me. You said I live in a basement and have no personal skills, which is a lie on both counts. And you’re still going at it. I’m trying to make amends and you’re still carrying on.Noone has insulted you though your taking people trying to make colours for themselves and asking if it can be put on the spreadsheet as an insult to you when they didnt even direct the message to you. We arent ganging up but if multiple people are saying and feeling the same way then thats just the vibe your giving off. Ruin the spreadsheet by all means if thats how you feel. It just shows what kind of person you are and shows that this community project is way to personal for you when its about everyone not just yourself
