I heard something like that too, but wrote it off when I saw that they are also offering existing Porsche models throughout the season. I don't think they said "new".
That would make sense, actually.

So for Porsche they are brining three race cars and one road car... Not the most logical approach when you consider some of the road cars in FM7 that aren't in FH4.

On another note, I started watching the stream late and can't find it OD, but did I understand incorrectly or they failed to show the Winter and Spring seasons because they've got a 2019 car they can't reveal until tomorrow?
The distinction between "road car" and "racecar" was extremely blurry in the 60s, and even the 917 (albeit in the "Kurzheck" variation) crashed at the Targa Florio, which was disputed on roads far more treacherous than anything that may be on offer in FH4.
As for the Gmünd, heck, it's a pre-Zuffenhausen 356 with some aero bits for Le Mans (that I hope we'll be able to take off, because it just looks better without them!). It should actually be quite a bit slower than the Reutter 1600s we already have in game, considering it has a 1100cc engine from a Beetle. I refuse to consider it a racecar at all on these grounds - and in Motorsport it would end up in the same desolated wasteland as the BMW 328.
Porsche is set to unveil the production Taycan sometimes next week (on the 4th I believe) and I'm betting PG got an exclusivity deal on it and it's the car they can't talk about yet. Or it's the Cayenne "Coupe" that's coming out. Either way it's not something I'll have much interest in.
Your predictions were far too optimistic... I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I can hardly tell what's the difference with the 2015 Macan we already have in game.
That is new for me too. Also didn't know that the x-box can update games even when it's turned off.Wait, it updated by itself... And I have auto-updates off.
Makes sense considering that the 718 is powered by a turbo Flat-4, like a Subaru. The 718 sounds like a Subaru at low revs.
Already done haha, I skipped to the driving part you can see it sounds like a WRX STI at Low revs:
The Macan sounds pretty damn good.
I'm pretty sure the S5 was never offered as a shop item. It came out in series 7 as a 50% Summer completion and was also a reward for a championship during series 11. And that's it. But you already checked so mine is just a confirmation.i'm pretty sure we already saw that shop:
Ill take it.Sounds good but wrong. It's using a flat 6 sound.
I just finished it in the ugliest way possible. I used my 917/20 with an S2/990 tune by Don Joewon Song. He usually tunes for grip and that’s what I like. Not this one. I honestly think he tuned it for drag racing. Ferocious acceleration but zero grip. First race our entire team got skunked 2450-0. Second race two guys dropped out but we managed to win it something like 1100-650. Third race everyone else dropped out leaving me. I finished third. I still won the round 400-250 and the championship 2-1. So I got the Langheck but it’s not going to be commemorated as one of my finer moments.Oh great, S2 trial... at least it's not off road.
