Just some nights ago, I discovered this.
I thought it was going to be for the Spring Season, but it turned out not to. I found it at Mudkickers Adventure Park near a Speed Zone. It seems its for the final Barn Find, but could it be for the Summer Season or...?

There are a number of unmarked barns on the map; they're likely reserved for Expansions or future seasons. Forza Horizon 3 had a "new" Barn on its main map that required a #Forzathon completion to unlock.Just some nights ago, I discovered this.

The GRC civic seems to be more fun with the less powerful rally motor. And it has the popcorn off throttle sound.

Is anyone finding the spring barn find is taking a long time to restore?

I think it's based on the value of the car and this one is one of the more valuable barn finds in the game. I wonder, actually, can you can see how far along it is if the cost to speed up the process gets lower?
In other words, if you click the car (in the barn find menu) before it is complete it let's you "buy" the car. As the cost gets closer to 0 credits, maybe that can tell you how much longer it is to completion? I'm curious, I'll check after work.

I believe this is the case. The barn find from buying Bamburgh Castle is worth 10 million credits and that also took significantly longer than usual to restore than the others.

It actually does. With some nice detail depending on how far along the restoration has gone. If you click on a barn find while its getting restored it will tell you at what stage it is at. "Initial stripping and prep" and "applying paint primer" are kind of the things you will see, Aslong as an option to pay for the car to be restored instantly.

It's a shame we can't drive on Calton Hill in Edinburgh. There are so many beautiful monuments and historical buildings, it would make for some great photography. What's even more frustrating is that you can see the monuments, they were modeled and put in the game, you just can't go up there.

Thats strange, Ive had access to them all day. Seen loads of people in them online while doing forzathons aswell.

My game has been all sorts of glitchy like this, I'm not surprised. My Forzathon events don't register as complete (this seems to be happening to many other people) either. What's weird about this glitch is that I got the popup message telling me the car pass cars were "available now" each time I booted up the game this week. They weren't.
Edit: Check again just now and the cars are available. Game just needed a restart it seems.

I keep getting the message that cars aren't available every Friday too. Each time, I've turned off the system, unplugged it for 30 seconds, and hooked it back up. Maybe it's the quick-on option that's messing with things?

This is something I've noticed since FM6, if you let the game "idle" too long in between sessions (ie just pausing it, closing the Xbox and resuming where you left off when you start it back up) it seems you lose the connection to the server. This was especially true with the message center and the online lobbies. Closing the game completely and relaunching it solves the problem, usually.
