The 650S Spider is probably the most disappointing DLC car I've ever seen. There's practically no difference between it and the 650S Coupe that's in the game by default. Hell, at least make it where the Spider has the roof down at all times. 👎:irked:

If T10/PG continues this trend, we can look probably forward to a 488 Spider with the roof up and no LB kit next month.

Last week: "Oh, you guys wanted a Performante? Here, have a Gallardo Performante."

This week: "Oh, you guys wanted a hardcore souped up version of a 650S? Here, have a 650S Spider."

Next week: "Oh, you guys wanted a hardcore souped up version of a 488? Here, have a 488 Spider."

I would not mind that one bit, but the 650S Spider feels absolutely pointless. At least it's a free 650S, tho.

(The Gallardo had the roof down, in any case!)

I'm sure you're excited at that scenario.

It's technically not. You get it for "free" if you buy the car pass or the car by itself, so you're paying real money to access it. Plus, it's not too difficult to produce the ~400,000 credits needed for the coupe, which costs you no real life money.

I acknowledge that the 650 Spider is (hopefully) just one of 42 cars in the car pass, but the fact that I paid money for what is basically the same car, both performance-wise and aesthetically, as a car that ships with the base game does sting a good bit.

So I just got a G920 for FH4 and well is it normal to have to make soo many corrections to go in a straight line, the car feels disconnected.

You guys can complain all you want until then, but I refuse to take part in it.

I don't really give a damn tbh. I will criticize T10/PG when they need to be criticized. Some people like making mountains out of molehills because that's what gets them enjoyment, so be it. From where I am standing - most of the issues seems to be stuff that is legacy issues, or stuff I am sure that PG has been told about and is trying to be fixed.

Some of the port overs and redundant cars in the car pass and Forzathon program are regretable, sure, but the vast majority of post launch content is new, so it isn't that much of a big deal. I'd rather take the odd port over or redundant car over the majority of the post launch content being port overs like GTS.

Forgive me, but I have a rant. I couldn't get the spring bonus because I couldn't 3 star a drift zone - leaving me at 6/7 complete. It's not the end of the world, but I am a bit frustrated that the daily challenge was that hard. Now I log in and there's a new daily to get 2 stars in total from danger signs. Really!? It's a kick in the pants to have one that easy in comparison. Why couldn't the drift one be 3 stars in total or whatever?

Over several days, I tried several formula drift cars as well as my rally Subaru, and the closest I could get was within about 250 points of 3 stars on the Horizon Doughnut - another slap in the face to be that close while we're at it. Speed traps/zones and danger signs are largely a product of having a fast/stable enough car, while drifting actually takes some skill, so why did they require a 3 star drift??? /Rant off

Again, it's not a big deal, but I just had to get that off my chest. It sucks to get that close and not be able to complete it. Thanks for listening and may your Horizons be fruitful!

I'd be more annoyed by the odd mostly-redundant car in the car pack, if they hadn't also stepped up and pledged to deliver free updates to the game every month.

Still, delivering a "new" car whose only real differentiating feature is it being a convertible, and then... leaving the top on it... was a really strange decision. Strange enough that I honestly wonder if it was a mistake or something.

Some cars feel good, others need adjustment.
Usually steering linearity and/or wheel rotation angle. Tuning caster/camber can help too.
It's really a shame they can't be bothered with better wheel implementation so you don't have to fiddle so much.

Most of the car packs for both Forza Horizon 1 and Forza Motorsport 5 were terrible due to rehashed cars. Forza Motorsport 5, I can understand why due to remodelling the cars for the Xbox One, but for Forza Horizon 1, essentially port-overs from Forza Motorsport 4.

I love how we can finally skip the post-race reward screens but not the unnecessarily long championship rewards.

I guess PG really wanted us to appreciate the 20k, 30k, and 50k credits.

The Hoonitruck is a good drift car out of the box. I used it and got a little over the 30k required for 3 stars on the doughnut. Try it or the Hoonicorn next time. I struggle with drifting as well, but not as much with those two cars.

That was November's update.
He asked about roadmap for December, here we can see info about first two weeks of December. Second half of December will be covered by Fortune island update and info about it isnt here yet.

In the weekly challenge, the second chapter says "Jostle you way to the front of the pack and with your Super GT car." It looks like they left out a lot of information between "and" and "with". Whatever it is we're supposed to do, we need to do ten of them.

Anyone else saving their forzathon points? I've just been buying the exclusive car that I don't have, then stockpiling the rest of the points.

That's what I've been doing too. Just spend on the stuff I don't have/want then save the rest. Currently at around 1000 points banked.

I'm another. Had 1000 before spending it, but still have a lot points left back to build back that number again (even above it!) :)
