Yeah, I know, that was kinda my point. Wondering if Turn 10 could use Proton badged evos to workaround the Mitsubishi licensing issue.

If that was the case, there would also be some choice Mitsus that could be sort-of brought back or make their debut by way of their Mopar equivalents: Dodge Stealth for the 3000GT, Chrysler Conquest for the Starion, Dodge Raider for the first-gen Montero, Eagle Talon for the Eclipse, etc.

Please upgrade the car of Formula Drift to AWD.
And the direction of route is also important for all drift zones. Downhill will be easier to get higher scores than Hill Climb.

I'm using a Hoonicorn tune done by someone who posted a tutorial on YouTube, I was just trying to beat the seasonal score on the Festival drift zone at first but as I came within 500 points of the 40k required on the first try and beat it on the second (but didn't get too close to my PB, which is 43k) I thought that as it seemed like quite an easy car to drive I'd try and do the five 2-star zones I had left. I did three of them quite easily, Shepherd's Crook was tough and I was trying the S-bends for ages, in the end I got frustrated and did a Forzathon so I think I'll just take a break for now. The annoying thing is I can do each of the three bends quite well, but transitioning from the 1st into the 2nd is really hard to get absolutely spot-on, even on my highest-scoring run I could see I wasn't getting it right.

So, i looked at my stats today: i started 263 #Forzathon Live, (223 completed).
On a raw and low estimate of 10 mn on average, that's 2630 minutes, or nearly 44 hours. That's way too much for such a brainless event.
Or does that count 1 per stage (up to 3 per FH)?

Out of sheer curiosity, when do the DLC cars actually unlock? Because it's already the 22nd in my time zone, and yet the gloved hands of my Drivatar aren't clutching the wheels of an Aston Martin Vantage...

Out here in the Pacific Northwest, they usually unlock about 8pm on Thursday, or about 28 hours from now.

Hoonicorn has excessive horsepower, grip and acceleration performance, and depending on the drift zone it is difficult to achieve 3 star.
I have not tried that tuning because I don't watch the corresponding video, but sometimes it is easier to use a car that is easy to control.

Yup, I said that already. :P
Yup, I was referring to Chrysler as a whole since Mitsubishis have been rebadged across multiple Chrysler brands during the 80s and 90s. The Chrysler Conquest (Starion), Eagle Talon you mentioned (Eclipse), the Dodge Colt (self-explanatory), Dodge Stealth (3000GT/GTO). Between them and Proton for having rebadged Lancers/Mirages (including rebadged Lancer Evo Rally Cars), I think Turn 10 and PG can recover a good chunk of significant Mitsubishi models without violating the license. That's however if I turn out to be correct.

I honestly thought I read the same post twice. The Stealth is a really plausible one, as it was in FM4.

I've never read the official reason for the license pulling, but if I understand this correctly, Mitsubishi is punishing us because they don't make anything awesome anymore? :odd:

This is a rumor, but I read a story saying Mitsubishi demanded that their SUV be added to the game.
Of course, there is no solid source or evidence in this story.
All we know is the fact that trouble occurred between Mitsubishi and Microsoft around the summer. (Because Mitsubishi still existed in their official streaming and preloaded data.)

No mustang and remind me how do I get a car pack I just purchased , I purchased a drift car package I restarted the game it’s still not in my cars

Somehow I don't believe you, how about you take a screenshot as Stang616 suggested to show the Mustang you're talking about? Just press the Xbox home button (it's in the middle of your controller, the Xbox icon. Just in case you didn't know.), then press the y button on your controller. The screenshot will save and you can download it off of a Xbox DVR site later. For reference, here is the website I use for my own screenshot downloads: https://xboxdvr.com/
There is no point showing you a picture of the stock, white 65 ford mustang I NOW have that does NOT have turbos in the hood. That car is a known car, I assume I dont need to prove to you I own that car like many other people do.

The car I said I drove many times is not there now, thus the reason why we are discussing this. It was the stock, 65 Ford Mustang, solid white and it was absolutely NOT a Hoonigan.

...are you sure that you didn't just remove it from your garage by accident?
Possible, but what I removed if I did is a car everyone here says does not exist.

Again, I had and drove dozens of times a solid white, 65 Ford Mustang GT with SCOOPS or TURBOS thru the roof, it was NOT a Hoonigan, it was completely stock but had the turbos. Had to change the view of the car each time I drove it due to not being able to see over the turbos.

I dont own a Hoonigan Mustang, never have. Weird, eh!

And since no stock car has the turbos, per posters here, and I dont own a Hoonigan with turbos...crazy eh.

The Mustang has several hood options.

It's most likely that, since you use other people's shared tunes, the one you're using currently did not have the scooped hood installed.

I don't know what to say. somehow, even with the presence of evidence, you've made me even more confused with the problem that you have. Really, I'm just going to post someone else's theory on this issue:

You don't think he has put the supercharger bonnet on, then for whatever reason its been unequipped and that's what this whole saga is about.

Did it look anything like either of these?

Those are aero parts in the tuning menu.

THIS must be it!

Thank God I didn’t imagine all that ha ha I will go change the tuning and see what happens but that has to be it.

Just checked and yes one of my Tunes has a scoop, although now that I’m using the one with the scoop when I look at the car in the my car list it shows it without the scoop while I have the tuning of it with the scoop and I could’ve sworn when it was in my cars list before I could see the scoop.

Mystery solved, thanks I thought I was maybe losing my mind.

Thank you for taking the time to help me and and do it politely.

I would love if their new SUV would have been included. Plenty of people like silly cars like that too

So I'm still up at 4:44 in the morning because holiday and I'm playing FH4 but I decide to go back to 3 because why not?

Despite earlier thoughts, FH3 looks better...at least on PC anyway. The colors are bit more vibrant/intense and the details are bit more apparent, whereas in 4, and I hate to say this, those same details seem a bit smudged or not as sharp. I'll have to play FH3 longer than 5-10 minutes but I'm fairly certain 4 took a slight dive in visuals to compensate for the four seasons.

Why mention this? Did you miss the part where I'm still up at a quarter to 5 in the morning?

Thats nothing, I stayed up until 7am all last week. My sleep schedule is messed up. Why are these Black Friday ads popping up at the bottom of the screen, I have ad block on but they still show up every time I go to a new page.

I think it was quite "heavily optimised"; FH3 wouldn't go over 72fps on my 1440p 144Hz monitor but FH4 will happily sit almost locked at 60fps at 4K on my TV. I'd like to compare them side by side on the same monitor but I had to pack the 1440p one away and I still don't have the willpower to stop playing FH4 to try anything else.
