Forza Monthly Stream just confirmed each Livery of the Extreme-E Odyssey 21 counts as a separate car in the Car collection.

They do have the Hummer EV team Livery, but it doesn't have the unique From end like the real thing.

Just wait till the Hummer Odyssey gets all 10 liveries replicated on Creative Hub.

So some of them are in the Autoshow and some will be playlist rewards, did I hear that right?
The Hummer's gonna be the one in the autoshow

Edit: Yep. That's stupid.

We get about 20 new-to-Forza cars (Hot Wheels expansion + Extreme E), 4 recycled models this series... What a disappointing Festival Playlist, in terms of 20 point rewards. I'll only grind the Extreme E cars.

Those Extreme E vehicles are literally same cars with different liveries... I don't get the point that they count as individual cars....

So one new car that’ll classify as 10 different cars, and some returning Porkers that aren’t much different to the ones we already have, but either way should’ve been in the game from launch?

I dunno know if anybody mentioned it, but I just spotted the Lotus Evora S in the Autumn Season!

Edit: Other than the new Extreme E race suits which are very cool and colourful, PG has also added new clothes items like the sleeveless shirts, which have different clothes like the t-shirts. The rest they haven't shown, so we'll need to check them. Plus they added three new emotes! I'm so choosing the last one as I really like that little guy we smash 24/7.

I seem to recall reading somewhere (maybe on here) that VW has zero interest in licensing SEAT or Škoda to anything other than dedicated rally games, so I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Speaking of VW and licensing, anyone else starting to think that Abarth, Alfa, Fiat and Lancia are gonna get the VW FH3 treatment and just never be added? The Beast of Turin was found in some file names months ago, but I haven't seen a report of any more movement on that front (i.e. more filenames, textures and the like being added on the game's backend via updates).
I remember this was said years ago, when Cupra was still a sports line of vehicles of SEAT than a separate brand like now. A year ago they added a bunch of Cupra race cars to Raceroom, plus they seem to be very eSports supportive.

The '09 SEAT Leon Cupra rim AO map and logos were leaked in FH5, plus there has been newer Group VAG cars being added, so perhaps there's a possibility there, but seeing the Stellantis situation and many cars getting announced but never being released the probability of seeing Cupra as a car brand in FH5 is low, yet likely.

In the country where I am located, Forza Monthly is delivered at midnight due to the time difference.
That's why I overslept, but then I saw this thread and learned a sad fact.

I have no problem with Extreme E being added as 10 different models, something we've experienced often in Motorsport.

My biggest complaint is that all of these are copy and pasted from the same model.
As has been pointed out in this thread, Hummer has a different cowl than the other machines.
In the past, Forza would have properly reproduced such differences from machine to machine, like the two RTR Mustangs in Formula Drift.
It's a shame they gave up on that, and more so that my favorite Hummer has become a victim of it.

It is entirely possible that they only were given access to one of them to scan and just modeled the other liveries over the same car.

Curiously, they have mentioned this as a teaser for series 11: "Forza Horizon 5 celebrates Rami’s Racing History in Series 11. Stay tuned for more details in August."

This seems like the automotive heritage story thing they teased for series 7:

Could this mean, the barn finds ASL videos they added to the files, back in march are finally being released to players:

All of them seem to match the "Heritage" theme quite well, imo.
Also the partial patch notes are out:

Feels disappointing for an update if you aren’t getting the Hot Wheels expansion. The 10 Extreme E cars are the same car and Porsches were in FH4.

I wondered why rip rods suddenly showed up in the auction house and see it’s a reward next series.

Pretty annoying that PG are padding the list by splitting the Extreme E cars as separate models when the teams are running the same spec car according the regs. Could have been easier to have the base liveried Odyssey and have the team liveries selectable in the paint shop.

Im happy enough with the content for the playlist. I'll be concentrating and busy with the HW expansion anyway. I wish the Extreme E's weren't seperated, Seems like a way to artificially bloat out the festival playlist with multiple of the same car. I am happy its coming though and generally excited that FH5 is finally getting so much more hype and long needed new content.

I like the sound of Season 11 "Rami's Racing History" too... Although the one I'm really waiting for is an Italian centric season similar the the german on we had. I'm desperate for my Lancias to come back.

Even though its not new that singer Porsche makes my heart skip a beat. ♥️

Anyone now of the release times for the expansion tomorrow especially for Steam?

The addition of the Extreme E to the playlist will probably hurt some avid collectors.
These cars consume a lot of garage space.
And since they are not available on Autoshow, it will certainly be difficult to reacquire these cars if they are given away.

It seems that only #99 is available on Autoshow, but I think it would be more garage space friendly to add all models to Autoshow, like Nascar and Formula E in the Motorsport series, and allow users to purchase those models at any time.
