the 240sx probably became in playlist and the others 2 in the story is the hi and lo truck (toyota tacoma), (observation: the toyota tacoma hi has the overland modifications we get in series 21

It looks like the test track is just a part of the existing track at the Horizon Festival. Shown at 1:10:34 of the monthly live stream. New metal girders, with a Test track banner.

The last time we accessed the test track (previous donut update), it was the horizon circuit alongside which there was an offroad track. I don't think it's going to be a new circuit, but I'd be happy to be proven wrong.

„Test Track“ is a feature allowing you to drive and tune on the fly rather than having to join your home/festival. Also available in multiplayer, but it won’t add a new track or something else

Just logged on and no free cars or outfits. Even worse the game won't let me download my credits from my liveries/community challenge rewards and I've done the daily Forza challenge of take a pic in Playa Tranquila 3 times and it won't register.

The game gave me the treasure map for free a few months back, so I wouldn't be surprised if it gave me these for some reason too. Kinda defeats the purpose of the treasure hunts when they reveal the exact location though!

I’ve seen a few people query the same thing on Reddit, basically it’s something to do with Microsoft’s server crapping out and just assuming you own everything or certain other DLC items as a fail safe to make sure your save file works. It eventually catches up with itself and revokes them once it’s all figured out.
