Also stitching changes with different colors so let's say if you want black stripe and red stitching use manufacture red with black stripe and then change your color back to your custom color but if you want yellow stitching use manufacture yellow with black stripe 🙂 same with other colors
Gee, seems like it would be easier for them to allow you to just...change the color of the factory stripes and interior stitching!

Hey guys, Long time no see. I stopped playing FH5 about christmas time last year. I want to reinstall it but I will want to collect all the cars I've missed out on. Would it be possible? Are the playlist cars still not easily available after the week that they were offered? Do people still not list them often?

Still not easily available after the week they were offered, but there is backstage pass now. It will eventually come through backstage pass sooner or later

Thanks for the reply.

Shame they haven't made them a but easier to catch up when not playing. I'll give it a go probably, If only to see how the game runs since I upgraded my system. Plus I need to get the new Hide and Seek achievements 👍

Hey up bud, welcome back.

As @TGR55 has said, they're not easily available. However, a good few do pop up more regularly in the AH lately I've noticed. If you are going back to an old save and have the credits the AH is better than it use to be. Not great, but better.

Thanks

I have about 500Mil form when I stopped. Hopefully should be able to pick up a good number of them in the AH.

That should see you good for a fair few. Double check before buying though they're not in Back Stage Pass as that's come back now to FH5. Luckily the passes are easy to get, either in the playlist recently or for 1000 Forza Points in the store.

Thanks for the help guys, Look forward to getting into the game again!! 👍

Edit - Played the game a bit last night. Ran the benchmark mode as since I played last I upgraded to a 1440p Monitor, 5700X3D and a 4070 Super.

After the benchmark run It defaulted to max settings with only 38% GPU usage 🤩

So Gran Turismo 7 got its latest update, and it also happens to include a 992, the new 911 Turbo. Not gonna lie, it's actually kind of a relief to know that this isn't a Forza-exclusive thing, and that they get theirs before we do--makes it feel more fair, I guess.

Exclusives suck. Porsche are doing it right.
I mean, I say that then I realize we do kinda get first dibs on the 992 GT3 R starting tomorrow, and the 911 Dakar is also a Forza-exclusive for now, at least when it comes to HD games, so... uh, two out of four cases of exclusivity not being a thing ain't bad?

Finally got my 911 Rallye. Can’t wait to try those “Pirelly” tires out with my 911’s legendary “straight-six” engine.

Motorfest also added the 992 GT3 RS so it can't be anything exclusive.

The 992 Turbo S is immediately playable there, unlike here in FH5 where you need to wait one more week.

I'm more impressed that GT7 got the Mission X Concept - that's Porsche's answer to the F80 and the W1, after all.

I can't remember who did which on the Eventlabs but the Wooden race track is now saved in my favourites.
Me too and I think I'll soon be able to count many rings on Darnyflarshnift's circuit. I almost didn't want to leave it...10/10 wood use again.

Also, Super GT Trial was a real bash fest this week. Took me four attempts and it didn't help that one driver's idea of racing was doing a massive powerslide around every corner and ending up causing a health hazard to everyone else.

To quote Beavis and Butthead: he said "wood", huh huh huh huh huh huh huh... 😁
Both eventlabs are so much better than last week. Fun to drive and gorgeous looking.

I had similar bud. It was dodge car racing for me too. We had 3 cars quit during the first race due to a special team mate in a Ferrari Portofino who was going to lead the race come hell, high water or going through/bouncing off the entire field.

Somehow we won the first race. We lost the second race after our special team mate punted me and the other driver off. Karma struck in in the 3rd race however. I followed our special team mate bumper to bumper for most of the race thinking a 1-2 finish is safer than trying a pass. I crossed the finish line right behind them on their bumper.......and the game gave me the win by 0.03 of a second 😂😂😂.

We eventually won The Trial 2-1. But yeah, not a great one this week.

As good as the eventlabs are this week, the trial is just as bad. I am glad I finished it. Granted, I did not bring my best car for these races. Had an Aston One-77 with lots of power but not very good handling. So I had to do my best not to swerve around too much, block the AI cars and avoid the usual 1-2 bumper car idiots. Not my finest driving I admit, but we got it done quick and dirty in 2 races 🙄

I had an unexpectedly good trial experience. With my trusty AWD Portofino which rockets off the line I grabbed 1st place in both races 1 and 2 with zero issues. Since we only had one numpty in a stock car in our team, we managed to win races 1 and 2 comfortably despite that guy managing to DNF both races (>30s behind me).

And even more surprisingly I only had to wait 8 seconds for the Trial countdown. I guess I got lucky and picked a time slot where lots of better drivers were doing their weekly trial.

Honestly this week's playlist has been nothing but baffling. Yeah, great EventLabs, but I swear the Trial's AI was made much harder than usual. You practically need a top-tier S1 build just to keep up with them. I did it on my third attempt but holy crap that AI is practically perfect-play AI.

Also, an overabundance of off-road events and PR stunts in a season where the reward car is practically the definition of 'only use on asphalt.' Very much non-plussed by that.

In my Trial, the two lead AI just pissed off in both races. I didn't manage to catch them in the first, but did overhaul the second-placed one in the second race and despite what I thought was a losing first race we won in two...

🤷‍♂️
