I see this is T10 listening to fan requests, nothing about FH6.
More interestingly FM23 is also doing a bunch of things for the Forza 20th anniversary. I wonder if FH5 will too - May is after the April PS5 release so news is probably not going to happen for a while.

I kinda expected that if it is Japan for the next game, that Fujimi would have featured in it as a matter of course, as a central feature of the map like the Caldera is. Heck, could it be timed to return to Motorsport as a first look at the surrounding area before it appears in H6?

Can't recall too well but I got some vague memories of the FH5 devs saying there could be more playlist events in expansions as well as possibly more ways to get Backstage Passes. Is my ol' 40 y.o. memory playing tricks with me or did I recall correctly?

I don't think it's too unrealistic to expect a FH6 reveal in June. Originally I theorized that they may do a showcase in June and FH6 might be there. With the FH5 PS5 though I moved my expectations back a bit, expecting them not to drop FH6 news so soon after a PS5 port released. Could go either way honestly, but I'm itching for some FH6 news.

I would be more pessimistic. If Outer Worlds 2 is there headliner it doesnt sound like there are any "heavy hitters" this year

I think I agree, but at the same time I also think the time is right for FH6 to show itself. The PS5 port is already showing pretty darn strong pre-order numbers, and everything else about FH5's current state seems to indicate this is the way things will be for the rest of its lifespan--we won't be seeing a truncated Year 4, Playlist voting is all we and the PS5 community will have to determine what content we can go through.
Revealing a new game in June would be pretty close to ideal.

I think FH5 on PS5 at this point is more about establishing a broader footprint for Xbox games in PlayStation than going for fresh revenue, which they will get anyways if pre-sales are to be believed.
If they announce something in June, I believe it would give them a flexible full year window to release, pending any announcement on the release of GTA6 (fastidious, I know) since every major player would like to avoid releasing close or on that date.
