I would rather have the ability to completely customize my cars with body kits, many real life parts, swap engines, swap drive trains, 4,100 completely customizable vinyls per car, change wheel/tire width, wheel/tire diameter, incredible physics, intelligent AI, pick any color I want for my car, paint my wheels any color I want, paint my calipers, 47 tracks, 12 different environments, sell cars online with other players, buy cars online with other players, and...... wait for it.......wait for it......GET PAID TO PLAY WITH 7 FRIENDS ONLINE AT 60FPS IN THE ONLINE CAREER MODE, than have pretty graphics and be all by myself. lmao

Since some of the new haters havent seen my other post I thought I would bring it up again. Oh wait I just realized its Redoak again comparing graphics. lol Also still comparing to a game that is not even out yet. Earlier he was bashing the wheels then new screen shots came out and he even admitted that it looked better. Must have got bored with that now moving on to other graphic complaints. geez at least wait until the game is out.

They're just two totally different styles of grpahics. From what I saw earlier of GTHDs backgrounds, they don't look as 3d as the ones in Forza 2.

OXM rumoured the demo to be out in April '07. So today should be it, although I highly doubt it.

Its pathetic - I have waited all month on this all because i read it in the OXM

Theres no point in giving us a demo now, might as well wait for release.

How come the Rev meter never goes in the Red? I mean, if the Red section starts at 7, the needle won't ever go up to 8... why is that? don't real car allow this?

From the factory, no, usually they all don't, some do. Most cars have a stock rev limiter in order to keep you from blowing your engine, etc.

don't know but a few games(GT4) change the redline according to how much engine tuning youve got.

go into gt4 and get the shuichi shigano trueno. look at the difference between turbo and na.

NIce read. I didn't get everything but it seems to please a whole lot. The negative point at the end is that the game doesn't have an 'Internal Vision" or "Cockpit View". Which ain't so bad, we at least have canopy view.

I don't remember reading anything about a feature supporting this? Any thoughs?

I suspect you're right (but maybe not so soon). No doubt there will be regular DLC releases, at a price of course.

I don't mind paying for DLC as long as it is worthwhile and not central to playing the game. There a few obvious cars missing from the car list too which hopefully appear as DLC.

Road America and Alpine Ring were originally planned for the release and partially completed. There are even screenshots with these two tracks if you have a keen eye. When the game was getting behind for release a few tracks such as these were shelved to get the game out sooner. So without a doubt they will be DLC.
