Yep, The Money Glitch Violates a rule in the TOS for XBL the rule is

Xbox LIVE Terms of Use: “In using the Service, you may not exploit a bug, or make an unauthorized modification, to any software or data to gain unfair advantage in a game, contest, or promotion.”

But like stated above it can be rectified by buying a fiesta for the glitched credits.

Thanks for sharing. Well, it seems everything is back to normal then and I can crawl in my bed having a nice good night's sleep ;)

Eh, the only car I want is the GT-R. And seeing as I don't love F3 anymore, I'll get it when I get around to affording a capture card. Next year sometime.

It is kind of irritating that you have to spend actual money to get these cars in the game, then you have to spend hours grinding to be able to "own" them...

This part is really annoying. I am grateful that they released these cars but if I am spending my real money I really would expect that the cars would then in fact be mine. Test driving them in arcade mode is nice but come on.

Well, think about it this way:

You're already having cars thrown at you left and right (which I now despise, realizing it's a huge flaw in the games mechanic) so to have ten additional cars just stored in your garage (and every other conceivable car pack to follow) is monotonous.

Didnt they throw in 150k cr so you can at least buy one in the pack from the start? I thought they said they were doing that.

Wasn't sure where to post this, but I really hate creating new threads. I think I'm maybe seeing rating abuse. Shortly after uploading this car it fell down to two stars, this has also occurred to my BMW M3 Team PTG #21 of the same team, which I created first, also fell to two stars ( I sold 20 livery's).

What I noticed after looking all 170 designs at the Panoz Storefront was most of the livery's for the ALMS Team PTG (including different colors) where also rated down to only two stars. My assumption is one of the two remaining owners that have five stars is rating down the other cars. But that's just my guess. Hopefully Turn 10 could limit one vote per user.

If this car is a two, than that's what it is. Most liverys like this take a few days & the decals have to be created from scratch.

My Weds Sport Lexus is like that too. There's only one Weds Sport car rated 5 stars, all the rest are two.

There's some nasty shading errors around the badge on the Lamborghini (0.15)

After gathering enough spare cash together to buy a 360 just for this game i set off to my local Gamestop. When i got there i noticed FM3 was on the display console so i had a few go's. I am glad i did because i was slightly unimpressed by the feel of the game. Enough to re-evaluate my purchase. I cant expain what, but something just does not feel right. Maybe there were settings on or off that i wasn't aware of, i don't know.

Anyway, the money is burning a hole in my pocket and i have now thought of 2 games. Forza 3 and the GTA:Episodes From Liberty City. All i need is one more game i would like to play but will not be on PS3 and I'm sold. I was thinking Splinter Cell but that's out the end of February. These thoughts have thrown up 2 questions i would like to ask.

1.Can anybody recommend a 360 exclusive i would most probably like. ( I like shooting people, racing cars and sports games )

2. Do you think the 360 will be in any kind of 'January Sales' come Boxing day or following week(s) (uk)

Any advice would be welcome.

If there is demand (enough people actually buying the DLC) the plan is 10 cars a month for a year according to turn 10, so Jan 12th is on schedule.

Tracks included and possible career expansion, or just cars?

After some very tiny adjustments on the settings, got the SV running 9.721 in 1/4. Quite positive if I really worked on an actual tune, I could get it even lower. Looks to be one of the fastest SVs, though it's hard to tell with all those damn Datsuns....

Finally finished up my write-up on the GT-R. I actually had the car finished last night, but I just spent like three hours getting this all taken care of. Hope you guys like it. It'll be for sale tomorrow.

One more thing "Tofu R" got right.
120 DLC cars are a lot and more expensive than the initial game!

Forza 3 just hit the one million mark after one month according to T10 or 1.5 milliion according to vgchartz. So I can see why T10 desperately needs some further income.

You can get the standard edition new for about 40 € if you are lucky, used copies go for 20 € or less.

It really worries me for the whole racing "sim" genre - I have expected Forza 3 to do a lot better, and if the numbers don't work out, that's bad news for all racing sim fans.

Unless you're a fan of Gran Turismo. ;)

Now it depends on whether MS needed pack-ins to inflate that number a bit. A million games in a month for a 360 game which isn't Halo or GEARS! is actually very good.

I was thinking the very same thing that Tofu-R mentioned. If I decided to get all their DLC, my Forza 3 will have cost me $93, since I bought the VIP pass, not including Live. Though I should, because it's the only 360 game I think is worth owning.

They sent me a notice that my card had expired. They'd better not be trying to charge me anything under the radar or I'm going to give them living hell.

It's because the game industry has actually presented gamers with well thought out, in-depth stories. Racing a car around a few tracks over and over again gets old after a while because you are just doing the same thing over and over again in a slightly different vehicle.

Honestly I'd love a racing game that had a story to it and where you work your way up from weekend SCCA autocrosses to a professional level of racing. And I'm not talking the lame attempt that NFS or Grid offered.

Honestly I'm bored with Forza and I know I'll probably be even more bored with GT5 when it comes out. Especially when it's competing for my time against games like Dragon Age, the upcoming Mass Effect 2, and other great releases due out soon.

What does Bill have to do with any of this?

Bill..........Microsoft, you know?

I may be accusing him, somewhat inadvertently, however the Turn10 Forza3 game and DLCs follow much the same pattern Microsoft has used for years.

Its the big obvious difference between the games of Turn10 and PD.

The first priority for Turn10 is to make a game for the purpose of making money.

Kaz's first priority is to make the game as high in quality and quantity as possible for the passion of it, and on that merit it will sell and make money.
