All of them are like that iirc, that's how Nascar's are setup so they turn left better.

They are not NASCAR. They are just STOCK cars. Turn 10 does not have the license to NASCAR.

I can't stand the Nextel Cup Cars in FM3 to drive (much like most of the cars in the game), they have waaaaaayyyyyy too much grip (like all the cars), they don't feel anything remotely what I assume a stock car is too drive.

But did anyone else get the Seasons Greetings 2010 GT-R from turn 10?

I just got the game at X-mas, and popped it in for the second or third time yesterday and received a message saying I received a gift car.

And lo and behold I received a 2010 Nissan GT-R Vspec w/ custom seasonal paintjob.

It looks kinda funny in my garage next to my other 2 cars. (Chevrolet Aveo and Fiat 500)

I got a message saying that I had been given a gift car, but when I tried to get it, it says "Download Content Missing" or something like that, and I haven't a clue what the car was supposed to be... any ideas? I was about LVL 18 at the time I think...

You need to buy the DLC for it to work as the Nissan GT-R is DLC only. I got the message too but I haven't bought any DLC so no Nissan GT-R for me.

Edit: I added you need VIP status after posting but I'm now sure everyone who bought the DLC GT-R can get the seasons greeting paintjob.

Random barely related aside (whistles to himself) - Just the other day we downloaded the "free" car pack to my buddies 360, checked his garage and the '10 S4 was there and available but the holiday GTR still had the pad locked graphic on it. Also when the car is selected the same "this is DLC" message pops up as it would in the dealerships.

I think he's correct actually. The winter themed GT-R is for everyone who bought the DLC.

I think us VIPs got the Porsche 911 GT1 Strassenversion. I know most of the gift cars with the dodgy paint jobs are usually VIP but with it being Christmas all DLC buyers can get it.

You only get the Audi with the free version, so you have yet to actually buy the DLC.

And yeah, VIP members got the Porsche as an extra with the GT-R.

Perhaps some clarification should be given on car packs and where this holiday themed GT-R fits in:

• Hyundai Genesis Car pack - Free
• Hot Holidays Car Pack - Free Audi S4, 400 points for the rest, required to get the GT-R gift car as it contains the GT-R.
• AutoWeek Car Show Pack - 400 points.

How on Earth has that 'Forza47' shot got into the Turn10 picks? It's just a Toyota...thingy at New York with a poor composition and the rating is 1 1/2 stars.

Post some of your pics in there Moglet. Maybe they liked the Yaris (think its the Yaris) as not many do that car and the line up of the three.

I've posted in that thread but having seen some of their picks in the past I've given up. Both the R8 and the Yaris photos featured this time are terrible photos. The cars aren't even in the frame for god's sake!

I've given up on photomode and this game in general. Just gonna play mw2 and if i get an itch, play gt5p. I'm so ready for the photomode comps and stuff for GT5, will be just like the old days!

Photomode takes too long to photoshoot. I was taking hundreds of pics in GT4 Now I only get 18 frames then have to download then and do 18 more. Not to mention the in game pics look nothing like that when you actually DL them. Took the fun out of taking photos.

Exactly the reasons I just gave up.

i still take a lot of pictures, but, my problem is that you cant use track cameras to take pictures with nor have a pre-set of cameras to rotate around with. free roam is cool, but, multiple track cam helps a lot.

I agree with that, sometimes it would be nice to take a pic that is outside the confines of the track

Sometimes when you turn on the multi-display the game freezes, so delete the multi-display config file in your hdd.

I've had multiscreen setup since day one and I haven't come across any glitches (or freezing). I must be lucky.

Also, does anyone know why tuned cars are generally less stable than factory cars, no matter the amount of tuning? Nothing too important, I was just worried that my RX-7 would be unable to go past C-Class, with any amount of tuning.
