I Was looking through the support to fix a different problem and seen this..
Some graphics cards may be blocked by driver version
Some cards may not have supported drivers released that meet the game's minimum driver version. If you have the latest driver version available from your graphics card manufacturer but are still blocked from launching the game with an "AP301" error, you can attempt to bypass this block by holding "Page Up" while selecting the Quit button. Be advised that bypassing this pop-up may result in game instability and / or poor performance.

Yes, I did that, but after it sign's in, it quits out of game.
A message that my computer does not meet minimum requirements.

This is a pretty incredible game.
The downsides are that while it does look good, the hardware specs are really high. On an i7-6700 and GTX 770 I've had to bump it down to low because it would stutter on medium. The graphics settings aren't very granular, or I just haven't found the right menu.
It still looks OK, but it's not super great. Hopefully they optimise a bit, but I'm not holding my breath.
Everything else is great though.
The controls are pretty tight, and it gets even better when you remove the silly deadzones they have on the controller.
The AI seems decent, they haven't really shunted me hard unless I've been doing daft things.
The intro is incredible, and immediately made me think of Gran Turismo with it's artistic style.
I love the voiceovers that they have about the car classes and the tracks, and how it explains the assists and difficulty settings and such. Very nice touch to walk the player through and show them what's available.
I also really like the idea of having set cars allowed per race. It gives the fields a good sense of cohesion, and it's actually nicer to be able to choose from 10 cars instead of 1000. Less is sometimes more, too many options can overwhelm.
Even on low graphics the tracks and cars have good personality, the tracks are very busy and detailed.
The wet racing is INCREDIBLE. Puddles are a nightmare. The grass is a freaking death trap. The sounds of the rain and spray are lovely.
The sounds in general are good. Cars sound meaty. You can hear the tyres squirming and squirrelling.
Lighting at night is hot. I could see the shadow being cast on the barriers by the car going around the corner ahead under my headlights.
I love how they've done Race Points and bonus objectives. It was a good idea when GT4 had A-Spec points, it's a good idea now. And they have leaderboards!
So many just good things. I think the bad is graphics/hardware requirements, and the lack of wheel support and online. Otherwise it appears to be just a very well designed tight little game, and for free. If you enjoyed playing Gran Turismo back in the day with a controller, pick this up, put the graphics on low and enjoy. It may not be the greatest eye candy in the world, but it's a very solid little game.
I say this having done the first four events of twelve. I look forward to poking around the game more afterwards. I'm really very happy if that's all there is available, but if there's more then I may have to change my pants.

Holy cow, I thought the P1 was a handful and then it gave me the Ariel V8. I cannot cope, I am too much of a butter thumbed gas mashing smasher to handle the power.
Seriously, it took me 6 goes to pass that. The game was asking me if I wanted to turn the difficulty down I was so bad. NO I DO NOT WANT TO TURN THE DIFFICULTY DOWN! I CAN DO THIS! I SWEAR BY MY CAT'S FLUFFY BUM THAT I CAN DO THIS! ONE MORE TIME!
Such a good feeling when I finally got it. The AI is cheeky too, I passed fifth, and then he came back at me while I was fighting with fourth and took both of us. Sneaky bugger.
I'm really looking forward to doing it all over again with a wheel.

its crashed twice giving me a different error both times which caused it to restart the download for some reason and had a panic attack after it was installed because my internet went down for 0.1seconds.
Now my room mate is home and i cant play because hes a forza fan and i dont want him using my pc(he downloaded many PUPs last time he used it).
