IIRC, the Launch Bonus pack for FH2 was shown before release. And, tying into the Focus RS, the Focus ST was seen in a menu image in FM4, but didn't come to the game until the second car pack.

Lets not forget the Corvette ZR-1 photos.

Are we 100% sure we saw the 300ZX IMSA, or do we think we did and it's now our yeti?

There it is. But cars have been in Pre-Release screenshots before only to be either Day One DLC (FH2) or Month 1/2 DLC (Forza 4 with the 2013 Focus ST). Thats only happened once or twice however. Im hoping for the former considering that screenshot is from E3!

That's sort of what I'm thinking, really. A couple of the FM5 cars might show up in the DLC packs, just as previously-seen cars showed up in FH2 packs. A little surprised by the lack of Citroen, though.

Pretty much. There was a Day One Free Launch Pack for FH2, and I'd expect the same for FM6 hopefully. Would make sense to announce them along side the Fast and Furious cars aswell. We'll see I guess

Theres also the Fast and Furious Car pack and the VIP Car pack.

That's sort of what I'm thinking, really. A couple of the FM5 cars might show up in the DLC packs, just as previously-seen cars showed up in FH2 packs. A little surprised by the lack of Citroen, though.

There were no Citroen's (or Peugeots) in FH2 either, and while the Peugeots have returned, Citroen haven't. Some licensing issues maybe? Seems odd for them to miss the DS3 out from both games, especially when it would have fit so well with FH2's setting.

I remember hearing that the lack of PSA cars in FH2 was due to licensing problems, but nothing more specific than that.

Looking forward to some good GT action! I do wish the C6R GT2 would return, the GT1 C5R and C6R would be nice for me.

It is odd, but then again; I just figured the Vette and Viper spent so much time around each other and learning each other's strengths & weaknesses that they end up becoming more alike. Well, that's my theory anyway.

Anyhow, I have some idea on where I'll start. I'll probably jump into my usual favorites first before just driving whatever I feel like. Of course, I definitely know that I want to try the new LM race cars.

Man the variety is just awesome in this car list. I can't wait to not only try all the new to forza cars, but all of the Horizon 2 exclusive cars to see how they handle in Forza Motorsport!

It would be interesting to see what everybodies first car/track combo would be

Hopefully a few more may show up in DLC packs, I'm wondering if they are waiting till the end of the season before they add some from '2015.

Yes! It'll be interesting to see how the GTD Audi compares to the full GT3 cars, hopefully comparable.
