You must have a hard disk the size of the East Riding.

Looking at that list it's a tragedy that Race Driver: GRiD isn't backwards compatible.
That's just what's on my XSX. I've got a One X and a 360 with more. I'm currently playing FM2 as well because FM3 was already out when I got my 360 so I missed it.

I have RD:GRiD in my Steam library but by modern standards it's graphically very fuzzy (not to mention the dark brown/sepia colour palette) and the controls are extremely floaty. Maybe good as a memory, but don't bother trying it again to compare to modern games.
I got the titles for RD:Grid on the most hard difficulty, for its time, RD:Grid its a gem, I always considered it a sim-cade or a full arcade, but its drving for me is the best of the series, all other games of the seriies, the driving always felt off VS Grid 1.

While not good for nowadays, the sepia daily sky of the game was part of the charm of its own and the Tokyo Shibuya night track also was a charm of its own, i am suprised Dirt 2 had Shibuya night as well

I'd like to play it one more time for nostalgia's sake. Forza Horizon (1) and Burnout Revenge were graphically updated on my console so the same probably would've happened with GRiD and Burnout 2 had they made the cut.

I wonder how Turn 10 will handle the delivery of information to the community leading up to the launch. There'll only be another two Forza Monthly episodes before launch and there's still a lot of topics to talk about. Perhaps they'll show a lot at Gamescom in August, idk 🤔

A lot of that is easily grouped together. Car and track reveals will happen organically and via the website most likely, specs, peripheral support won't need much, so really over the next two episodes we'll probably see free play and race regulations and then multiplayer.

I saw in a Twitter reply Chris said next month (august) he will go into more details about wheel support so I assume pc features will also be part of that forza monthly. September I suspect will be for multiplayer and race regulation

I wouldn’t expect to see much of anything motorsport related at gaming events

At least 3 of those can be covered by a written article.

I reckon the next Monthly will show Multiplayer and Race Regulations

I’m hoping YouTubers like super GT or maybe even a slight more serious sim racer like Dave cam get a chance to play soon and give some impressions, I don’t trust the likes of mainstream reviewers to give a valuable opinion.

I hope after GT7 reviewers are more vigilant

It's worth noting that the majority of GT7's issues started after release, and the length of the singleplayer mode was enough that it would seem to go on much longer, especially with it only needing the National licenses, that nobody would have expected it to cut off when it did.

Race payouts became worse after release, and MTX pricing wasn't available. We didn't see that the LCD prices would increase so drastically. Reviewers had a different experience.

As someone new to the series the impression I get is that a lot of GT7 fans are hyper critical. Whenever I say this, it usually results in gate keeping saying I didn’t play the other versions and I don’t know how much better they were, or start listing issues as if any game is perfect.

The fact remains that I’ve had several solid months of extraordinary fun with this game and the good things outweigh the bad exponentially.

I’m not familiar with Forza either but I would be curious to see if their core fan base is as difficult to please.
