Switching fully to simulation steering (on gamepad) has been transformative to me, coupled with turning ABS off altogether and using only limited traction control (sport). ABS and traction control should be parts and not assists anyways.

I don't, for the life of me, understand why there isn't an assist option marked as "factory settings". That way cars with ABS and a clutch (like say, a '93 Mustang Cobra R) would be set that way, cars without any assists like a '67 GT500 wouldn't have them etc. Surely someone at Turn10 has thought of this at some point?
It's been posted in their forums since before the first forza came out. more than 2 decades and well..

I think it's likely a combination of things, like a big car list, upgrades that could impact those things adding variables, very simple models for the assists, a quite casual fanbase that is much more evenly split across input device types, and the devs viewing the assists more as video game-y tools for altering the difficulty level.

I'll bet - but for some of those issues the fixes could be fairly self-explanatory -eg input device, if you don't have a wheel with clutch you don't get clutch by default (but can enable), upgrades - race gearbox makes clutch optional rather than on for older manual cars etc.

I dunno, for stock road cars defaults shouldn't be that hard to implement.

Of the things I would like revised in the next or future updates is the aggressiveness of the TAA that tends to erase details in the background. While the option exists now to use DLAA instead, it's not good because of very noticeable artifacts. The latter fact is surprising because DLAA in FH5 is quite good (my preferred option, as it has a sharpness control, which is also lacking in FM).

And ray reconstruction would also be nice to address the noise in RT we have now (although I know it is quite a performance hit).

So about the 1995 Ford Mustang Cobra R,i've noticed the interior is different,in the older forza the interior was in full black. Could be a hint the car might be rescanned ? I have no idea

Because the car appeared in FM4,5,6,7
Also in FH1 and FH3.

I was wondering too what about this Cobra looks different from the last time I used it in FM7. And it's the interior, makes sense. I'm not one to be too nit picky it looks great to me as it does seem like a newer scan.

The Cobra R didn't have a radio. All 250 cars were white with a tan interior as well.
Well, now I feel kinda bad because the first thing I did was paint it black and replace the stock wing and front fascia. Other details I noticed: No electrical windows and no rear bench seat: there is a hole that goes right into the booth.

Correct, they removed a lot of features to save weight.
No radio, no AC, no rear seat, no power windows, no power door locks, no power mirrors, no sound insulation, no foglights and a fiberglass hood.

Don't feel too bad, I put the Saleen parts on mine and the Saleen racing livery on it. I can't help it I love that livery with the black and purple horsehead on it...

Update: Both cobra in forza motorsport and horizon 3 has the same mileage.
Could mean the car model might be tweaked a bit.
Also it was reported on the forum but the supercharger you can put on the Cobra dont make any noise...

Headlights, taillights and center brake light are the most noticeable improvements (they look outstanding at night) but I also note improvements to the front/rear fascias and spoiler, the radiator, and the stock brakes.

One delightful touch is that the dashboard digital clock does tell you the time of the race. Maybe it did in other FM games, but I hadn't noticed until now.

Thank you for the answer,i wasnt sure if it was a fully recycled model.
But agreed for the headlight, this what it caught my attention the most with the interior change.
