Jimbo, must the Lambo be bone stock or can we tune stuff like tire pressure, aero, or whatever parts are adjustable on the stock car?
 
Darn-it, I meant to make the Hyundai the bone stock option.............I will change the OP, sorry guys, I only have received 1 vote so hopefully that won't affect their decision!
 
I just bought 2 extra Le Mans tickets second hand :embarrassed: (They were sold out) I have now access to the tribune above the pitlane so I can check the pitstops :D And I also got a ticket for the last tribune on the straight, so I can see the full straight + pits exit + the Dunlop curve!! :D Oh man I'm so hyped I just needed to tell you guys haha.

Oh and I bought a ticket for the Ford chicane, so I can see that chicane, pit entry and the start-finish! WOOHOO! :D


On what car should I vote? I'm giving away my vote, I can not enter this weeks race :indiff: I personally would go for the Lambo GTR..

Make sure you take lots of pics. I voted for the Lambo...I think it's the best choice of the 3.

I'm going to make as many photos I can :D I'll make a thread when I come back to share all the photos.. I have a Nikon D90 and my dad (I'm bringing him with me) has some nice DSLR's too so it should be covered!

Maybe I'm making a thread earlier to show some of my other work if anyone is interested..

Got a headstart with the Diablo since it seems it will be the pick. Im not the only one that has run some laps already either. Im at a 1:30.710. Deadly is at a 1:30.0xx or at least thats what he had before I left for work.

I figured that would be the pick but I didn't wanna run any laps yet, just in case. Only .7 behind DC is a great start.
 
Some guys like Hamster might have a hard time beating their previous best. I can definetly get a 29.9 with a perfect lap.

Just gave each car a couple of laps, the lambo definitely has the edge. The Nissan could be interesting as there's a couple of build options, but I didn't feel any love for the Hyunai :yuck:.
 
The RMR Genesis is a drift car by nature so it's going to be hard to convert to a grip car with no upgrades :lol:

Yup, I ran a few laps to get a feel for the car/track. The stock springs are waaaayyyyyyy too stiff.

I didn't even bother fiddling with them yet, just changed the camber and aero a bit. You could send me some fine tune couldn't you? ;D

Anyone notice that FM.net leaderboards only show the name and lap time right now?

I just did a base tune and ran a few laps so far. I'll send you the tune after I really put some time into testing/tweaking it in the next day or 2.....if I feel like it's good enough to share. :P

I haven't checked the leaderboards, so I don't know what his time is....sounds like he's off to a good start. Not good, considering how Forcone is usually a slow starter when it comes to qualifying. :ill: He'll probably shave 2 seconds off whatever time he has now. :P I think you're right Chris....NO TUNE FOR YOU!!! :D
 
Damn you Wiggs! :lol: I noticed that about the LB's too Chris! Weird. On the Xbox it shows them correctly though.

;) I think a 6 year old could tune your car and you'd still grab the pole. Seems like a lifetime ago when I actually beat you out for the F class pole. :indiff: Maybe somebody else can step up and grab a pole or 2 in these higher classes....(definitely won't be me) :P
 
Well, what I thought to be true has been confirmed.....I'm gonna get destroyed in this race. :embarrassed: I can't get anything clean quicker than a 1:31.xxx. The corkscrew is killing me and I can't get that last turn right either. :irked:
