Already set a reminder on my phone to play FH3 on the 17th March. Gotta get my hands on that 300 SEL :drool:.

Next up figuring out which cars I've missed in my time away from the game and try to obtain them through the auction house.

It says Supersports, so it has to be either the 2010 car (from older Forzas) or the brand new 2017 model, either case, it's also a new car to Horizon at least.

@Northstar (and the rest of the community, actually): how does everybody feel about dedicated threads for each month's Forzathon? I ask this because of the blog: it'd work much easier for us if that was the setup moving forward, since pointing people to this thread can be a little confusing.

It's sort of similar to what we've done with the motorsports section (dedicated threads for races versus monolithic single threads), but wanted to run it by you guys, in much the same way we have the car names mentioned in the photomode thread (which has been super helpful, BTW).

Maybe a Forzathon sub-forum?

Then there can be dedicated Forzathon threads there?

I always figured you'd do the individual threads for an event and just have this as a general forzathon discussion thread.

I think it'd help out quite a bit. Would make it easier than sorting through the pages.
 
I liked that I was able to finish all three of yesterday's Forzathon events with a single race.
 
Guys! The Jaguar XJ220HE is also up for grabs in the next Forzathon, alongside the A45 AMG HE! 👍

Are they doing away with the achievements? No new ones were added at the beginning of the month.

EDIT: They just went up.

Interesting that we have chances to win two cars, but no cash reward this time around. I'm so used to having Cash/XP/Wheel spin and then either a car or discount for the last one.
 
Glad it says complete a race not win a online race. Will definitely do that when it starts. I almost missed the Subaru one yesterday but I managed to get the car with a hour to spare.
 
I think the name of the challenge gives away the barn find. Called "Pace Yourself" and the fact that you need to complete it in an AMC car suggests the barn find will be the AMC Pacer. Could be wrong of course.

Good point. I've also been thinking that it doesn't make sense to offer both the Gremlin and Pacer as price tagged DLC. The two cars may be different enough but they come across being quite similar.

I sure do. Not quite the most ambiguous clue Playground has ever made...

That aside, it is interesting that players have to complete a Forzathon objective to get a Barn Find clue. Usually you just get clues for free, nothing asked from the player other than buying DLC packs... Does this mean future Barn Finds will be tied to Achievements? Or is this going to be applied to cars which will also have DLC "counterparts"?
