Good Planget your race car ready...
well until they all jump into 510's and were all out of Qualifying!
I don't think the car matters as much in this event.....it really takes patience, concentration, and lots of luck. I'm off tomorrow so I'm gonna put in a few hours and I'd be happy just to get in the top 12 for qualifying in this one. I don't really hate you by the way.

Had a quick go before going to work, managed 3:04.607. As said, this has all to do with luck! 
Even though you didn't make mistakes, it makes a whole lot a difference whether someone is slowing you down in a hairpin for a moment or if you have to slam on your brakes on a long straight.
I didn't remember the Lancer I built for our race on this track was such a great drive!! Under right circumstances, and driven properly it can probably manage a sub 3min time

It is mostly luck but since I'm done setting times I'll give you guys a tip that might help. Use the full driving line. The f-ers we call AI stick to the thing like glue. You can predict where they're going with the driving line. Hope this makes driving a little less frusterating.

That's what I was trying right away, still really fast indeed, but then I figured, "hey I have a Subaru now, gotta show my support!"

Agreed and the slight chicane is very strict with what it considers to be off track. I had lap times that were almost 2 sec faster. But it decided I was off track nice to see such a spread of cars though.The worst spot for me is at the end of that long straight. The AI always seems to get bottled up there and there is no place to go.

Such a great event to ruin a perfectly fine day!! God!! After about 4-5 laps I decided it was enough for me 
And usually I'm so persistent!! On one lap I got really lucky and was in for a lap well under 3 min but then slipped couple inches over a curb at that dreaded chicane and ruined it. What a hideous event!!

Sorry guys. I keep saying to myself I won't use these events anymore and then find myself doing a lap or 2 and say it's not so bad but then when we start having to beat other members times it turns into a nightmare and I find myself saying why did I choose this event? I'll try and stay away from these events for as long as possible. I was just trying to switch it up a bit.

My Isp says that since I had to reboot my router 7 mins ago (zero throughput on my 400kbps! - yes that's bits!), there has not been 72hours worth of stable connections since BT (bleedin terrible) openreach (the phone company) fixed my phone line last friday!! 3 disconnections today, one caused by my reboot, so they tell me I only have to wait another 71 hours and 53 mins before I can officially complain... so I'm Back on 3G again!! - now if the systems disconnecting itself anyway.. wouldn't that indicate a problem with the line....
let the finger pointing commence!!..
Might mean I'm out of this race again!!

Don't worry about it too much. I'll stop crying after I put in a decent time...there's only so many events to choose from for qualifying.Sorry guys. That's the problem I have been having. I have been trying to pick something that hasn't been run too much already. I wish they would replace all of the rivals events once in a while and not just the monthly section.
This is news to me. I have no idea. Are you sure he quit? Edit: Just checked the online LB and apparently he has. I have no idea why. He never said anything to me.
