Say what, I did not know this either.

Quick question about being lapped (Since I am the only one ever lapped, I will ask) should I still hold my own if the lappers are on my 6 o'clock or allow them to pass? Naturally I think I should stay my course and let them worry about passing but the other half tells me to move out the way. Please advise as I certainly will be lapped with the BMW this week!

This. There is always time to check the mini map every now and then - if you see the first ones closing on you, you prepare to give them way. No sudden moves as Chris mentioned. Just prepare properly and give plenty of room!

Well at least you had the chance to continue racing and make up your position. I'm automatically in last for something I have no control over. I'm pissed....and I'm done. 🤬

This game has pissed me off more than any other game I've ever played! Too many glitches and bugs in an otherwise good game! I'd trade the full lock glitch for the server boot glitch any day! 🤬🤬

I saw you getting bumped by someone in front of me, you spun out (lap 1), had a pretty clean race untill you came back.. That bump sent me directly into the barriers (lap 19)

And we almost had the same colours too, I was going with that GTS livery all week long, but changed it just before the race

I was looking at the leadboards and clean laps.. Don't know Why Fezz's lap times not up there unless it got invalidated. and he had a slower clean lap.. mind you the servers are all over the place just now.

What really hurt me, besides my inconsistent lap times, is after the second right hand turn, on the first lap. The back step out, I corrected for it, and once I had the car straighten out, the front of the car went in another direction. Went from 5th to 12th.

Correct, I got out of shape around lap 15, again I couldn't keep up with the pace I think I need to do some endurance races, need to get back in shape...

I'm gonna play some of the games I've been neglecting since October...I know it's just a game, but the time spent building and testing cars for races that I can't finish because of the crappy servers, is time I could have spent doing something else. I refuse to support Turn 10 anymore at this point. Good day all.

That sucks man. Hate to see you not play anymore. One suggestion though, have you tried hooking it up directly to the modem? Maybe getting your router out of the picture might help.

I kind of know how you feel though. I still have this problem with GT5, where I'll get disconnected during the race. Every once in a while, I'll be able to get a short race in, but most of the time, I'll get disconnected. Got to the point, where there isn't any point of playing, because it gets old real fast. The single player is alright, but the AI sucks, and it's nothing like racing against real people.

After spending a couple days tuning my car and a couple HOURS putting a cheesy paintjob on it (rather proud of myself). I sat there waiting for race time and my daughter calls with car problems...So maybe next week...I was proud of my little BWM. But after reading some comments the race seemed glitchy.
Teewiggs I know what you mean..Ive been in public lobby's and glitched out before. Im new here but have yall tried a different person hosting the race??? Also are the people that are glitching using steering wheels??? I only ask this because Im going to order a Fanatec soon and didnt know if I was going to have a "Wheel Glitch" like some of you talk about

I've only had the steering wheel glitch once so far. Fortunately it was during a qualifying run, and not in a race. I guess it's the luck of the draw. Still not sure what would cause it to happen though.
