Hi grinders,
I got back from my vacation less than a week ago and my ISP had an outage that lasted a few days so I'm not surprised I'm in the yellow zone (but wow recommending the club to put me to "Never Race" because I didn't remote race during the outage is pretty strict IMHO..this is coming from someone who was from the original grinders club)
I appreciate those that are keeping track and updating the spreadsheet..but perhaps we need to have the more specific rules posted on the initial post (ie exactly when/how someone will be placed into the yellow warning, how long do they have before the will be kicked) and a link of to the spreadsheet.
Anyways I'm obviously back to grinding since this morning.
I am also curious to know how you guys are determing individual members' estimated club members on their PSN friend's list?

It's recommended among the club members to move anyone who haven't raced for 5 days without a reason to "Never Use".
After 10 days the member is marked red and need to take action asap.
I have my grinder set to reciprocate. i have mostly people in the club set to reciprocate. so that, if the program is fuctioning properly, I'll race people who race me.
Hello all!
I want to join this club.
All I need is to add all the members and follow the remaining instructions to be in or do I need to do anything else?
I'll be able to host races every night and/or during work, meaning 16 hours a day, most likely. (;

I never grinded B-Spec using remote because all my drivers were level 40 before remote races were available, but now I want to grind cash for the sake of having all available cars and I stumbled on this forum section. (;
I plan to at least have my server available 6 hours a day minimum to 16 maximum, let's say 10 on average. (on the last week of July and August, I can leave my PS3 turned on for 24h/day while my vacations last, if that's at all possible)
Well, I hope I get picked. I've already added all of the members on the first post just in case. (:
Welcome back.
"Est. percentage of Club Members" is the % of club members the member races, not how many they have on their PSN-friends list, that is impossible to check. . The update on this percentage is done manually, and not as frequent as the rest of the information (it takes a few minutes to check the logs..).
Let's grind.
This is really interesting to me. I have all the club members +3 "other" friends I grind. I also have the widget set to random, not reciprocate. This way it should pick a little bit of everybody in the club, and not OVER-pick my "other" friends (followed Xochi on this one). Or so I thought. By estimate, about 3 of the 33'ish friends are "other", or 1 in 11. So mathematically, I should never average more than 2 "others" per race. But on the spreadsheet, I'm at 60%. "That can't be right!" I thought, so I went and looked at my race logs and sure enough, the widget is consistently picking my "other" friends, and I have no idea why. It has no idea who is and isn't in the grinder club, but it appears to have a preference to them. I double-checked that I was on random and not reciprocate and I was on random.
I'm considering putting them to always race and set that category to "leave 4 drivers free". Maybe 5. I dunno, that should limit them on a per-race basis, but if they're racing it may not pick them at all. But I don't know, now my faith in the widget's logic is shaken, now that it is consistently picking at random 1/11th of my friends for about 40% of the races.
Dont stress. Its actually a good sign believe it or not.
Its doing this because most of the clubs racers are being used.
So the widget may select 1 or 2 of a club members driver before moving onto the next person. Then when it gets to someone who is no in the club, all their drivers a free so it uses them all.
I think we should be quite lenient with this. Its just in there to make sure a reasonable effort is made to race a majority of club members.
Without it buggs1a looks like he is doing really well, racing frewquently, in reallity tho...
Alfa, I will wait for this race to finish then reboot GT5 and the widget so i can get you in my races over night.
And i wont be home to accept for a few hours.
On that note, don't think i ever got a request from you fraggle?
Well, you are on my friend list and on GT5 friends too, but only my old friends show up on the widget friend list even after I restarted.
Maybe it's some kind of sync issue? I guess I'll wait some hours and try again.
How can you leave it on for almost 24/7 for a couple of days or a whole week. Kind of isnt 24/7.
Should be good to have you on board if taken if you grind loads
Still have 2 spots open.
Slight update to the spreadsheet layout aswell.
Bit easier to read, hopefully?
We need more members... 4 races started here this morning with 10 or less drivers.

Not attacking or anything, it's our first check up on percentage of club members used per race, and of the 5 races i check, you scored 10%.What about me?just FYI. I'm not able to grind daily. But when I do it will for probably a few hrs each time or more. Sometimes long time and sometimes not as long. And if I won't for a week or so I will mention it.
I put most in club in always use, haven't finished. I have several non club friends for remote so I'm sharing everyone.
I feel like defending myself for done reason. Maybe cus I don't wanna be dropped yet and am like maybe nervous on if I don't grind enough hrs or whatever.
I'm going through something in my life right now and have doubts about lots of stuff and well, let's just say I'm hmm, can't think of like an insert goofy word here. But ill do my best and hope no one wants to boot me. I'll always be open here with yall. And with what I'm struggling with right now I may not or probably won't feel like posting here daily. I'm having emotional stress and major sadness and major depression issues right now. So things kinda suck for me lately with emotions and stuff.
