He spun coming onto the back straight and on the next lap I lapped him coming out of the infield.

He probably was on 0-0 tyres because he got a drive through(unplanned entry).

I was wondering what the drive throughs were. I thought he was just randomly punishing himself

It's like if you e-brake into the pits and enter sideways it could reset you and make you drive through.

However you can have a terminal one where you enter the pits normally and get a drive through and it stays for every lap you pit.

I was in my 2nd GTP race then as a stand in and was trying to impress back then but as a result I had to retire.

In a mega tow I can dip below a 40. A 41 is when i'm on a very good lap.

I have no FGT, or money for one. Otherwise I'd happily sneak past Furin's defenses to see how bad I am now. If backmarking goes well, I might just join and not ragequit.

@Furinkazen when we exit the pitlane are we supposed to follow the slip road round and rejoin on the backstraight (i.e. stay on the left hand side of the grass or can we just drive onto the corner exit and re-join as soon as it stops auto-drive?

I'd always go the full length round, just to avoid pulling out at the wrong time and causing a pile up.
