Just did some testing a few different cars around Nurb, all the times were done without any tuning;

Car: Actual (Theoretical best, blah blah blah)

Renault: 1:33.9 (1:33.8)

Alfa: 1.34.1 (1.34.0)

Toybota: 1.34.1 (1.34.0, although was 0.021 up on a 33.6 going into S3, but the Toybota hates the chicanes)

Focus: 1.34.2 (1.34.0? Could be faster but it's hard to be consistent I found)
