I'm surprised. I don't expect everyone to be able to play a lot but that's still less than I thought!

Personally, I love the R32. It's almost to 20,000 km.

Just done a little practice on the N24, got surprisingly close to the lap record from last season. I am guessing that was maybe set in changing conditions? It seems way to good to be true; in either case based on Brands I would expect the Ferraris to be nudging/maybe dipping under the low 9 minute mark.

Will there be a special quali and race start procedure? If you use the official gt6 quali system it would save everybody from doing a pace lap to get onto their flying quali lap

I think Furi will have an extended qualifying, from around 7pm until the usual race start time.

For the race the pace lap lasts for most of the GP circuit, and goes green in the final sector there (which is the run to the chicane at the end of the GP circuit)

Thank heavens.

Joe is correct, Q will be from 7, will have room open early as I can. Siggers I think Plux and Lancer were already in GT-P some 6 seconds up on Joe's old record.

What is the old record? I know people have done under 8:20 so far in testing.

Yeah, we had quite a lot of rain last season. Bear in mind also, that last year's specs for GT-O should have been about 5-10 seconds slower.

Actually, I remember now that the 9:29 from last season was still in the dry. As I suspected, the cars should be able to go about 10 seconds faster this season. I can confirm that they do now (tried with 2 different cars from opposite ends of the spectrum and ended up 1.5s apart, which is within the margin of error on this track), and they actually should be closer than at Brands Hatch, because the cars with more power have long straights to make some time up that they may lose in turns.

So, low 9-minute laps … I don't think so. Of course you can always go quite a lot faster on the Ring, if you risk a lot, but in the race and with heavy damage, I would be surprised, if the pace drops much below 9:20.
