Sorry furi I can't do the race this weekend and the three hour races go on too late for me so probably no more races this season. Good racing everyone.

Give me a T70 and a B12/60 and I'm set for life.
A mate of mine works for AP Brakes and Rebellion racing pay for hi to come to each race meeting as their brake engineer.

He also races this:

We will be using this layout of Club Corner. It is a dirty bit of tarmac that may result in some grip loss for the final turn, but can be dealt with via shaking off speed. Besides... dirty tarmac? We use the full pit lane at Daytona without issue since we started so do not see an issue here.

If you are wondering why I was sitting in the pits and left the room, here's why: I had no practice, I was hours off the pace, and I don't really want to drive the Shelby anymore. I will wait for next season and then choose a different car, maybe even a GT-P.

Sorry I had to quit, I was just a danger to all other cars. Can't drive in the wet with a wheel in the Shelby at all, I was spinning every lap and my feet were really hurting. Shame I was having a good race until the rain came.

If Spa has chance of rain I will skip next week and use it as a drop score because I will inevitably just have the same ordeal

Doh, lost connection to the lobby - net actually was fine and didn't DC from PSN or anything. Shame because it held out so long, could have just died 5mins into the race  - Tried to stay as clear away from people as possible so hope any lag didn't cause too many issues, glad it was mentioned over voice chat so I could leave more room than normal as a result

That sucks, you never have the luck.

Also this car sucked in the rain.

And after all this "I am so improved and want to earn my spot  "

@Andil was lagging from 70 minute mark. Real shame you DC'd :(

Yeah, but awesome wheel to wheel scrap.

Encouraged tonight. Qualified P3, had a trouble free race, enjoyed it. Need to tweak set up but well prepared for a chance at the win at Spa next week.

I'll take 4th in class, plus the 5 points (i think) taken out my rivals for the GT-O Am championship, especially after being so far off in qualifying, don't know what happened to @snowgt as after the switch back to dries I was right behind him. Feel sorry for @Andil as he dominated the race and DC'ed 5 mins from the end which is such a shame.

Not that fussed about the DC really, it's only points at the end of the day and I haven't done any other races! Would be a shame to take points off you lot who've done the other races anyway.

Merc was pretty bad in the wet but I guess just not as bad as the other cars :P - I am ok in the wet but I think a lot of it was down to the car as well, I made up nearly a lap on the whole GTO field in the wet part of the race, so in the last half hour I was just cruising round with the big gap.

I assume most people did 2 stops? 1 for wet tyres, then 1 to go back to drys?
