I will be out most of the day until the evening amd may not be online at all this weekend, until late Sunday night maybe.

I'll be filming.

I have to post the results of yesterday's make-up tournament for the B Class event we didn't run last weekend.

The next Core Series event is a C Class tournament. I could host it tonight if enough people are on when I get home. Or one of the other councilmembers may host it in my absence this weekend.

By all means, feel free to host a lobby. I would just ask they if you're to put LotS in the room name, that you run LotS regulations :)

I'm sorry it took me so long, been busy with stuff.

But I finally updated the Class Hotlists!!!

We will soon be opening up the rankings to open 1v1 battles again. Of course, our regular tournaments will still be held weekly to gather the top crop from the competitive touge scene.

More news coming soon.

NEWS UPDATE:

Hey everyone! I'd like to bring everyone's attention to a thread unrelated to touge but they could have implications in our community.

GTP's TotW Modder's Edition is seeing votes, signatures if you will, to show there is enough interest in the community for a Modified Course Maker version of Track of the Week.

Most of us here have transitions to exclusively using the modified TPE, and this is an opportunity for out works to be recognized.

It's pretty cool. Once I'm a bit more familiar with everything, I think it's going to be really fun. :)
Also, I made sure to download the courses and get in as much practice as I can, like @iName said. And I already have my class C car covered.

Good to see its still going! I have only just picked up gt6..
I made it to regional finals of gt academy 2012 and finish 19th and since that day I stopped playing gran turismo to concentrate on real life I guess.. Anyway, I'm back and need to race!!

yeeaa, I remember you. Welcome back!

Well, to get yourself off on the right go foot again, just send friend requests to any of the LotS councilmembers (list found on first post of this thread) or anyone you see posting on the thread.

Also, you should take the time to download yourself a couple of custom Touge courses from the GT6 Track Database.

Can someone just clarify car tuning rules or send me a link?
Is fully customisable tranny still band?
I see stock weigh is minimum requirement..
And what's the most popular class?
350bhp/1000kg looks about right.

Everything you need to know is on the first few posts of this thread.

Custom gearbox is allowed, so is unlimited ballasting.
Engine Limiter is NOT allowed
Your guess is right, regarding the popular class.

I'll be online sporadically this weekend. If you can't find someone to help you with a car, I'd be glad to.

Good day, fellow touge drivers and rivals! Today marks an important, big day!​
I'd like to formally announce that Legend of the Streets: Touge Racing league is officially open for battles.

What does this mean?

Through most of its life, LotS has existed as a seasonal ladder tournament based on 1v1 battles. Only recently have we veered from the beaten path and introduced bracket tournaments and driver rankings into our ecosystem.

Now, with the completion of the league's reboot, we can return to the norm.

The Hotlist

LotS isn't going back to the previous Ladder Tournament system. Our mainstay feature from this point forward is The Hotlist.

As of this writing, the Master Hotlist has a solid Top 10. Each of the Class rankings has a preliminary lineup based on a handful of bracket tournaments held.

With the opening up of 1v1 battles, drivers can contest for their rankings outside of sanctioned tournaments on their own time.

Bracket Tournaments will still be a part of the system too be held occasionally. With special events to be mixed in.
