am saying this because in my first race with Prudentbear our race allmost got completaly ruined by a member who did not realise we where doing our race....👎

Don't know what I'm using anymore. I started with the DC tune with Lions Den gears but I tinkered with them a bit.
The gearing is quite short. When drafting I always hit the rev limiter down the straight in sixth. I'm at work now but if you want to I can send you the tune via PM tonight. Mind you, I'm certainly no Timppaq when it comes to setting low laptimes.

I've finally managed to find a combination of Car Tune & Gear ratios that let me keep the car on the track whilst pushing it as hard as possible. Credits for DC & TLD tuning, thanks for those 👍
Were not talking Timppaq times here but at least Im now turning low-mid 1.43's in free air 👍

My best is 1'44.092(Definite room for improvement though) Following Timppaq's ghost. Your bloody fast, and have a very good driving style...👍👍

No prob mate, i really like close battles more than driving around alone
btw, what was your best laptime in that race, cannot remember the lap, but i had a 1:42.4 and you still catched up:tup: there was no slipstream, or?
42'1xx...no slipstream....close to perfect lap,hit all the apexes,braking points,accel timing right ....only the 2nd to last corner i lost a bit having some understeer...

👍 yeah good one. i thought during the lap, ok my lap feels not bad(if i remember correctly 1:42.380), looked in the mirror and saw you´re catching up with your afterburner,lol....btw, how many gears you use?

all six of them....but this doesn't make the difference...Timppaq uses 5,others even 4.....
at some corners using six gears it gives you a slight accel advantage,but than again you loose some time because of the more gearchanges you have to do....so in the end it doesn't make a difference...its what you feel suits your drivingstyle best i guess....👍

I'll be on at xx:40, I haven't raced all week so this will be my first race doing pit stop practice runs.
Edit: WTF, it came up with a message "Connection to server failed" when I started the game. Then it just froze when I clicked on "Online".
Edit 2: Seems to be working now.

Hi guys, some of your lap times are amazing, i cant get better than low 1:45s no matter what i do

It could be, depending on how you drive. I'm on pad (think I raced you a few times yesterday? Was practising my 30 sec wait and pitstops) and my best is 1'43.029, I use D-pad and shoulder buttons. Then again, GTP_timeattack is on pad and he's managed 1'42.078 and GTP_Rpm is on pad and regularly doing mid-42s as well.
I did manage my best T2 of 54.375 yesterday, but proceeded to throw away what must have been my first 1'42 in the subsequent 3 corners before the end of the lap.
