Think I have seen it before and the issue was not drugs but poor attic insulation.
There was a similar case in Keighley, West Yorkshire this week.Unlikely looking at the construction, unless the owner has removed the attic insulation that was there when the row was built.
EDIT: And additionally the removal of one's insulation must be a serious crime in the flatlands for a photo of the raid to end up on the Haarlem Police website

For some unfathomable reason, certain portions of the UK population feel really strongly over what colour the outer cover of their passports is. The venn diagram showing 'those who feel strongly about having a 'blue' passport cover' and 'those who voted for brexit' has a very sizeable overlap i imagine. The uproar that this news will create is hilarious.
