As you might expect, many Mail Online readers didn't take kindly to a report that strived to paint them as simplistic, terrified dimwits. Many leapt from the tyres they were swinging in to furrow their brows and howl in anger.

I think someone's going to end up getting a Darwin Award. :indiff:

We're not all crazy, I swear.

Tilt the board a little bit, and they eventually find their way to Texas, California, or Florida.

Well . . .

The Sale of Goods Act 1979 gives consumers legal rights, stipulating goods which are sold must be of satisfactory quality, be fit for purpose and must match the seller's description.
:D

He should have kept a stiff upper lip, though, and not made such a limp complaint.

You can't quote the sales of goods act when what you are trying to buy is illegal, what an idiot.

It's like the idiots that try to sell drugs on facebook buy and sell pages.💡

According to Wiki (the most reliable source in the world) Prostitution is legal in the UK? I never knew this.

"In the United Kingdom, prostitution itself (the exchange of sexual services for money) is legal,[2] but a number of related activities, including soliciting in a public place, kerb crawling, owning or managing a brothel, pimping and pandering, are crimes."

So seeing as the man was on private property, I'm assuming a hotel car park can be counted as private property? (It probably doesn't) Then he committed no crime?

Reminds me of the time when they renamed the Triboro Bridge in NYC the RFK Bridge. On the FDR Drive North they were installing a sign and traffic was backed up really badly (at 11 AM mind you). I get to the sign, and there are at least 3 guys on a cherry picker next to the sign that reads "RF Bridge" and they are looking at the sign like "Is that right? Did we miss something?"

This is why I'm glad I took the plane to Birmingham rather than the ferry and train via Holyhead. :ill:

I wonder how long it took before the wave of sudden realisation came over her. Must have felt real good.
