Anyone know the word on the delayed release of GSC 2013? I've read that the September release was supposed to be delayed "a few days", which has clearly gone on longer than anticipated.
 
Huh? I've seen a few people on Youtube who aren't associated with the game playing it. It's either out, or people with a preorder can download it early and play.

Its avaliable. Bought mine last week for $24.95. On YouTube Froogle has a nice review of GSC 2013.

Strange. :odd: I was at the site last night to purchase it and they only had it available for preorder.

Edit: I guess they just didn't update their page. I checked now and the 'preorder' link allows you to buy the full version.

The physics are brilliant. Also noticed several mods for this game which give the Formula Reizas an F1 livery, as well as several V8 skins. The AI is very decent too. They will race you properly if you do the same.
 
I went to buy GSC 2013 and it still shows only the 2012 version of the game on the website. People are playing GSC 2013 all over though so what am I missing?

The link that says "Preorder GSC 2013" on the website actually lets you buy the game.
 
Anyone interested in sharing hot laps/setups? Been working on Interlagos with the V8 stock car. I can just nick the 1:36's, but that doesn't qualify too high with AI over 100%. Seems like with the right setup and a good lap that 1:34's should actually be possible, but maybe I'm being optimistic.
 
New Channel series "History Track" which shows a historical circuit laps, also will be put a link to download the track, now the Formula was used Reiza of Stock Car, every Monday will put a new video and download circuit.

I'm surprised that the best racing sim out there as mentioned by many doesn't earn its own sub section! the GSC 2013 is epic!
My only problem is that i can't purchase it since I live in the middle east :rolleyes: I'll contact support to see what can i do.

The lack of response answers the question for you. GSC2013 just isn't a popular game. I don't know about the best game but it is a great game and for $24, you can't go wrong. It's my go to sim for AI racing right now.
 
Comparison of one lap between Game Stock Car 2013 and the real life (with Rubens Barrichello), both with the Stock Car V8 at Brasilia circuit. As you can see, the car movements and sound are identical to the real.

 
I've heard many great things about this GSC for its AI and physics. I might actually get this game! iRacing is too overwhelming/expensive and I'm not seriously interested in Asseto Corsa at the moment. Also the Brazilian stock cars are Chevy Sonics, which I drive. :dopey:

I just bought this Monday and been playing it for a day and a half now. Well worth the money. Its probably the best AI out there. Very competitive and fast and I haven't seen them do any bonehead moves yet. The graphics are every bit as good as Iracings. I haven't really had any time in the V8 yet, been having WAY too much fun in the Mini to try anything else.
 
After many months, here a new 'Overlay Effect' (where is superimposed the real image with the game), is the turn of Game Stock Car 2013. I used the Stock Car V8 for give two laps at Interlagos. The overlay steering wheel is the Logitech G27 + SWE 27 Add-On.

 
This game makes me feel warm inside, one question though what happened to the hand animations on the steering wheel? Are they lacking or is there an option to put them on/off?

Game doesnt have them, i found it weird at first when i started playing rFactor but ive come to prefer no hands now.
