Haven't you just copied and pasted SrRd RacinG's post, whilst adding the link to your own forum instead of GTPlanet?

I changed a couple of the questions.

1. Have you implemented day-night cycles and/or dynamic weather in GT5?
2. Can you confirm that there will be a custom livery editor in GT5?
3. If only a select amount of cars have damage, how will you set up the online mode/events accordingly?
4. In GT5, will damage affect vehicles' performance? If so, to what extent?
5. Besides Lamborghini and Bugatti, which new manufacturers will appear in GT5?

Im a member at Gamespot and will ask some questions when i get home. My name there is Nitsud_19... with the Juggernaut as my Avatar.

A long time ago, there was a scandal where Jeff Gerstmann ( basically one of the founders ) refused to give an inflated score to a game simply because that games publisher spent a lot of advertising money at Gamespot.

He was actually fired over it and in the following months virtually EVERY SINGLE reviewer quit and said they left because of how corrupt things had gotten over there.

Once upon a time it was built by gamers for gamers but as it grew and grew and more money was at stake it basically got taken over by the board room and politics.

The people they have there now are the people who are willing to shut up, and do what they are told.

You just can't be sure if they are giving the scores and saying the things they are saying because it's true or because they fear losing advertiser revenue.

And maybe this is true for every site out there, I don't know. But in this case it was REALLY a scandal and completely blatant.

Very interesting, I believe it too... Thanks

Im not putting my expactations to high because afterwards ill get dissapointed ;)

I think the major advancement is a video of an vehicle rolling over! WRC+that would be really cool!

I would say leave the rewind button to those who only want to play arcade mode against other cpus. No rewind function for online or simulation mode.

I tossed up five questions as well. I hope they don't think we GTPlaneters are abusing our status. ;)

Funny that they put a 360 and a NFS game in their office because westerners are visiting LOL "look, we like your stuff too.......... honestly"

The PS3 version of NFS too :D

I know it's a long shot, but somebody copy paste these into there;

- NA/EU/AU release date?
- Changing Time of Day for endurance races?
- Is there dynamic weather included in GT5 and how will it appear in the game?
- What have you made to improve the sounds from GT5p for GT5?
- Will you increase the interaction between PD and your fans? How?
- Will there be other officially licenced racing series in addition to WRC & NASCAR?
- Will there be livery editor and what can you tell us about it?
- Will there be dedicated servers for online racing?
- In private online rooms what options can be customized?
- Will online racing be region free?
- Are the WRC stages point to point type, just like in real life, and of how many stages will a WRC rally event consist of (min)?
- Is there point to point road courses? (like in the f458 promo video)
- What is the maximum amount of cars on track in single player mode and is there variation due to performance & gameplay reasons
- Will the cockpit steering wheel animation be 1:1 to the actual 900 degree steering wheel you're using? (!!!)
- What kind of DLC packs have you though to make? Full WRC rally events maybe? Or just cars & random tracks?
- What would be the next big thing you would like to include to the series, that you have not been yet able to do?
- What is the greatest new feature that you have included in GT5 and are proud of?
- How long will the life span of GT5 be in your eyes?
- Is multimonitor setup supported?
- Tell us about headtracking in GT5?
- Tell us about your thoughts about 3D & Gran Turismo?
- Tell us about the new physics engine. What are the elements taken into account & simulated within it?
- How you test the product before it is released? Is it only your own staff testing it, or is there a secred closed "beta" arranged?
- Will there be "official" online racing leagues run by Sony/PD?
- Is the "clutch cheat" unabled in GT5? (a button combo that enables flat shifting and therefore gives unfair advantage)

It won't hurt anyone. :dunce:

Luckily I'm on level "2" so I can't post. :yuck:

'On Saturday, September 26 (in Japan), GameSpot will be heading to Polyphony Digital to check out more of GT5 and talk with series creator Kazunori Yamauchi. If you've got a question or two about the game, put it in the comments below, and who knows, we just might be able to get it answered on your behalf.'

With Need For Speed Shift having outstanding engine sounds, the bar has been raised. Lackluster engine sounds have always been a problem with the GT legacy. What new technology or new technique was used to capture engine sounds for GT5 compared to GT5P or GT4 and has this resulted in a [vast] improvement to give GT5 a more realistic engine sound component? Thanks,
DTS
