morning mate
amuse street new formula red and fairlady s130 both sent 👍
please forgive me for hijacking your thread but i really must tell a story which in turn will serve as good advice for fellow gtp friends.
average gt5 weekend -> great gt5 weekend -> worst gt5 weekend ever
this weekend had potential...wife working...me off. a 10 minute rush around house would take care of housework leaving 6 hours of ps3 didnt go that way with a lot of kids in the house sat morning i just couldnt settle into my usual routine. anyway, i decided late last night before reset to try for a caterham green ticket on the fgt a spec event on my 68 account. did 2 races before suspending and saving to usb(finished 1st and 4th). resumed this morning and to cut long story short - ish i had to win the last event at suzuka to guarantee sucess. wrong tyre choice saw me back in the pits on lap 1 and 48 secs down. nearly quit in frustration but felt i had put too much valuable time in to waste so head goes down and off we go. finally won the event by 1.5 seconds....i was extatic.
so for the process if getting the colour of car i wanted i quit event and game and save to usb....all good so far.
restarted game....👍
caterham ticket pops up 👍
68 bday ticket pops up...yes its my birthday today 👍
"you have max number of items please delete some" pops up....W T F
which results in no caterham and 68 ticket 👎
now i have received my fair share of gifts and donation so loosing the green ticket andthe 68 ticket isnt the worst although yes it sucks big time...but for me its loosing 3 🤬 hours that hurts the most...my gt5 and ps3 time is extremley limited at times 👎
so my message to anyone thats thinking of starting an endurance or big championship just to win a green ticket...be warned...delete some paints or gears before you start...just to be sure.
i think i wil wince in pain when i see the word caterham or 68 bday ticket.
"you have max number of items please delete some"
