If you drive an Enzo trough the rain and watch the replay, there is no visible screen-wiper in one of the on-board camera views.

In replays it is only possible to look around in the cockpit, if it was a arcade, make or (course creator) single-race. In those replays you can also look around over you shoulder. Good way to look at the nice interiors and to find some weird stuff, like the end of the drivers arms (no body attached) or the open end of the cockpit (the Zond R has no back-wall but you see parts of the cockpit if you look around).

Warning: once you see this it can never be unseen again:

Anybody else noticed this? If you drive in the cockpit perspective and look around with the analog-stick, the entire screen flashes every time the view 'snaps' out or back in driving direction. Not a bug but something that annoys me a bit.

Don´t know if anyone wrote this but, in the McLaren F1 the speedometer doesn't work properly. It´s in mph and it shows kmh

You mean like a constant dotted blinking?
If so then yes, it's annoying.

To me it feels more like A brightness change. As soon as you move the stick the entire view becomes a bit brighter and then fades back to normal again. It can easily be spotted at the Döttinger Höhe on the Nordschleife (without dynamic weather).

Was messing around testing cars at SSR7 in Time Trial mode and found if I stop the car, the time goes red and the lap is invalidated. Not really a problem but why did someone feel the need to include that? If you stop, you messed up the lap anyway. Presumably is the same on other tracks though not tried it yet.

That happens to me on all tracks if I'm stationary for too long. I agree with you I don't think it's a bug.

When in the B-spec Live Timing Monitor at Laguna Seca, it's clear that when the cars come out of the corkscrew, they are completing the 3rd sector. The time for the third sector lights up, but it's not possible to scroll over to see the 4th sector -- it doesn't appear to exist. So the 3rd sector progress monitor just keeps showing that the 3rd sector is complete, but you can never see any further progress throughout the 4th sector until the car crosses the start/finish line, and then you can track its progress in the first sector again.

There are two scroll arrows (left and right), and they work on bigger track like the 'Ring to show you the progress beyond the 3rd sector. Doesn't work at Laguna Seca.

This applies to all the tracks, no last sector when more than 3 sectors.

I'm sure this has probably been reported before but sorting your garage by changes is inaccurate. It lists cars with 1 change as 0.

Ie. I am trying to list cars I haven't ever modified and it mostly lists cars with 1 change and zero miles that I have in fact modified.

Race Modified 70 Challenger

Checked off as tuned Engine 1, but when I go to buy Engine 2, it says I need to upgrade in order. (The car was heavily modified before race modding and losing those mods, so that may have something to do with it.)

Workaround for this:
1. Get the normal car
2. Pump it up
3. Race modify it
4. Re-install upgrades (they are there, but just uninstaled).

if you guys have an audi R8 5.2 the gauges say V10 right but if you try to take a picture of the engine it says V8 LOL sorry I got no pic don't know how to post

Don't know if this has been mentioned before, this thread is too big.

If you do an event several times without returning to the GT life main menu, on the cars history it will only mark 1 win instead of all the times you redid the race and won it.

Probably been mentioned before, but still...
If you look at the amount of BHP on a car in the Garage for example my X2010 has 1438BHP, then click on the car, and in Max Power it shows 1439BHP. It's always 1 more BHP

This one is kinda annoying yet so unimportant at the same time:D
I have that problem on my game as well.

I had a good one today.

Online, I added some ballast to my TVR Speed 12 (667PP) to meet the race limit (666PP).

Conversely, the PP went UP with more ballast, until 672PP, where it started going down again.

Same happened with the power limiter; increasing PP the more I reduced power, going down again after reaching 672PP.

I was on a small (possibly even kart?) track at the time and I wondered if the PP formula was taking the track into account. It was a bad choice of car & I did get beaten by a lighter civic RM or similar in the race.

Has anyone noticed that on other cars / tracks?

Hope this hasn't been mentioned but the regular Audi R10 TDI (I bought from the Dealer) says @ the bottom of the description that it has a "Special designed livery for Gran Turismo" or something along those lines. even though it's the same paint as in real life and not the Stealth version.

Oh and the Description for the Corvette C1 is actually for the Chevy pickup. :\

I just noticed today , when grabbing all my licence replays on USB stick..

All the exported , Licence specific #10 replays read as 0 (in the folder that contains your game save data)

B-10 = A-0
A-10 = IC-0
IC-10 = IB-0
IB-10 = IA-0
IA-10 = S-0
and
S-10 = B-0

I have a theory why this bug had not been found before.
People have not saved their licence replays to export them or this bug came with some of the patches.

MadMax

I noticed one. I typed it into search, and nothing came up, so I guess I'll post it here.

I was driving my corvette ZR-1 RM in the American Championship (to grind on Indy) and I noticed that when I flash my headlights, the left side headlights don't come on.... I don't know if this happens for the Z06, because I haven't RM'ed it yet. Very small bug, but SUPER annoying

Not sure if this one's been mentioned or been patched since I found it without any patches installed, but the premium Mazda RX-7 GTX '90's rev counter in the cockpit's wrong. It only goes up to 5000 instead of 7000 when it reaches the limiter (which is what the one on the HUD goes to).

In the Tuning Shop sometimes when scrolling the menus up or down the cursor takes a step in an opposite direction which is really annoying. It happens when using the d-pad. I've tested 5 different controllers so it's not the controller.

Both Diesel engine cars, the R10 and 908 have backfire and backfire sound. Glitch? Don't know, but it's wrong, just like the V8 emblem in the R8 V10.

I have that happen too. I thought it was my controller. I only have the one so I couldn't test out others like you did.

Caliper
B-spec, Bob on sport tires in a racing tire event, if it rains, he will not pit for rain tires.

Not a glitch the game figure that your on sport tires and racing slick come with rain tires not sport tires.

If you never bought racing tires you would never have rain tires.

Please do not post any glitches or exploits that would allow players access to cars, money, etc. that they would not normally have access to (unless you can demonstrate that said exploits were deliberately placed in the game by Polyphony Digital - though there has never been a recorded case of this). The use and abuse of these exploits will be considered cheating in the same way that picking up a position by driving across a chicane is cheating, and and post discussing them will be deleted on sight. - interludes

You prob want to change your thread title then: Non profitable General Bug/Glitch thread

And stop referring to glitchers as cheaters plz, it's like saying all hackers steal money or personal info.

(unless you can demonstrate that said exploits were deliberately placed in the game by Polyphony Digital - though there has never been a recorded case of this).

Like PD deliberatly put any glitch in the game.
