09 SLR McLaren (19-inch wheel option) - One of the side marker bulbs is burnt out!!

Also some weird reflection on cars comes and goes on Circuit de la Sarthe with time progression turned on.

It'd great that however a shallow angle you hit the sides at the car still ends up facing the wrong way as if the side railing somehow grab on to the car. Absolutely pathetic! How did they get so much wrong?!?!?!

Found a bug yesterday with karts. I have a G25 wheel. Here're the steps to reproduce:

- Come out of the pits, but do not apply throttle. Let the kart idle.
- Very, very slowly and lightly, apply throttle. And I mean REALLY slowly. At a certain point, the engine will begin to rev very high while no power is actually delivered to the wheels. By slowly increasing the amount of throttle I've gotten the kart to red-line while coasting at 6 mph.

My guess is the game is only engaging the clutch when a certain percentage of throttle is applied. That said, I don't believe this is realistic. On karts I've driven the clutch is engaged even when idling. That is, the kart will actually roll by itself, much the same way cars with slushboxes do.

Yesterday i hosted one of my great race sessions but something terrible happened,..

full lobby 16 players , winner can pick next track ,.. soo i was going to change track as he wished buut the Button for the track didnt light up ... so no track change, ive startet again a race ,.. now the 3rd time same track i hoped i can change the track after this race but same again . some left the lobby some stayed .. 2mins later only 5 of us where in the lobby and suddenly i could change track again after 4 races on same track " suzuka " .

any ideas wtf that was all about ?

I drove the premium Mini Cooper S a lot today and the tach is like 1000 RPM behind the digital HUD display one.

And when I was looking at the 54' Corvette Convertible the description paragraphs were about the Silverado SS.

Randomly missing parts of the track on Nurburgring 24h, it can totally ruin the game online.

And whats up with that message when you start GT5. "Do you want to load saved game" .. or whatever, when game save is being loaded in the background and you stare at this ridiculous message, you have to press OK or the game won't load ... annoying and unnecessary

Both of the BMW M5's have incorrect stats. The '05 is a bit too light. The '08 is way too heavy.
All of the Standard 350z models are way too light as well.

When you go to photo mode during a replay and zoom in to the speedometer - you can see that it's at 0 km/h and 0 rp/m.

I was driving a race round Indy oval, and for some reason the game didnt register me at the finish line, nor at the check points. So I was just going round and round, and the lap counter never went up. Of course I noticed this during my first and second lap so not a big problem, but it's quite an odd bug.

The Dream Car Championship has a nice balance of various GT-style LM cars (all of them thought up by PD), which makes for some fun racing against the AI and a good B-Spec race.
Or, it would, except someone put the Jaguar XJR-9 in the AI rotation.

The Daihatsu Sirion has Storia badges, it seems all PD did to make this European version of the Storia was changing the name on the license plates...

Haha, yeah it doesnt fit quite in. Weird thing is that sometimes the AI will wait until the 3rd or 4th lap before stepping on the gas.

Race Modified 70 Challenger

Checked off as tuned Engine 1, but when I go to buy Engine 2, it says I need to upgrade in order. (The car was heavily modified before race modding and losing those mods, so that may have something to do with it.)

Was messing around testing cars at SSR7 in Time Trial mode and found if I stop the car, the time goes red and the lap is invalidated. Not really a problem but why did someone feel the need to include that? If you stop, you messed up the lap anyway. Presumably is the same on other tracks though not tried it yet.

Nothing major but
inside the re amemiya rx7 the blue one
when you turn the steering wheel all the way, 1 of the gauges show through the steering wheel

@elric718 Go into the tuning for that car & in the engine section you should be able to install the engine tune 1 manually. That's how I did it with my Civic RM. :)

No idea if this has been mentioned but I have a bug with online contacts, I'm able to see them on the upper menu playing GT5 but in the game most of them appear offline. For example last night 7 people were playing but I was only able to see 1 with the green online dot. Any idea how to fix this? I've cleared cache, rebooted by ps3 and reset my modem.

There seems to be a glitch with the FOV settings when you use the Mini Cooper S '07. Everything is zoomed in uncomfortably tight.
This is best seen in the Mini Cooper Challenge. All of the Minis except the '07 look correct, but and and all '07 models are zoomed in far closer than normal.

When in the B-spec Live Timing Monitor at Laguna Seca, it's clear that when the cars come out of the corkscrew, they are completing the 3rd sector. The time for the third sector lights up, but it's not possible to scroll over to see the 4th sector -- it doesn't appear to exist. So the 3rd sector progress monitor just keeps showing that the 3rd sector is complete, but you can never see any further progress throughout the 4th sector until the car crosses the start/finish line, and then you can track its progress in the first sector again.

There are two scroll arrows (left and right), and they work on bigger track like the 'Ring to show you the progress beyond the 3rd sector. Doesn't work at Laguna Seca.

So you want to use a car that has never competed in DTM (it is an ETCC/WTCC car, and is a 320i not an M3), but you don't want to compete against one that did?

Although that said, it does allow you to use the M3 GTR race car.

Yes I do because GT5 made me cheap and I am afraid to spend money

The description for the Aston DB7 goes into great detail about how the car has a large wheelbase for a two seater, and how it is different from its baby brother Jag by being a two-seater. Which only makes it clear that whoever wrote the thing had never actually seen an Aston Martin DB7.

The standard Citroen Xsara VTR can´t be painted.

I wanted to paint it any other colour because it is horrible golden yellow but it came to my surprise that I couldnt, despite it being not a race/rally car.
