Whenever I have my Playstation Eye Plugged in and use it for Arcade mode, the game will lock up after the race and will not return to the previous screen, this happens every time consistently, has this happened to others????????
 
when doing a championship, the A.i will start on the wrong tyres. So when going from a wet race to a dry or vice versa they always pit at the end of the first lap to change tyres.

Was about to post exactly the same thing, i found last night while doing the dream championship......pretty simple error i would have thought, fair enough if you forget to put the right tires on yourself but for the AI to do it is very poor...

Did mean an easy win though:)
 
The new Minis (I haven’t checked the old) are under “German.” They may be owned by BMW, but they have no business being called German. This might just be a licensing agreement, however. :(
 
When driving on the Indy circuit, as I pass by the pit lane, I see the pit crews pop up out of nothing instead of appearing in the distance as they should.

Not a bug. It's poor and lazy LOD implementation. Same happens to the scenery in many of the circuits (e.g. mountains, trees, buildings, all popping out of nowhere).
 
Now this is a new one...

We all know b-spec or AI, when they miss the pit entrance, they go down the straight hitting the wall trying to pit. But, what happens if you crash into one of them and push him to the pit exit?

I had one such incident and this was the result:



I had to hit him again to get him going, and he pitted the next lap.

So AI can do donuts! 👍
 
At the Nurburgring, the sign posts at the end of the last corner (Just before the start/finish line on the Nordschleife) should point the opposite way.

When you are racing on the longer 24h version you go straight on, towards the new GP start/finish straight, but the sign posts say turn right.
When you are on the normal Nordschleife it says go straight ahead, when you should turn right.
 
This may have been posted by someone else before, but this window glitch on my Sera is really quite annoying. I also saw the same problem on an RX-7 in the used car dealer, where the rear window was covered in the cars body colour.

After using the Data Transfer Utility, to copy all data from my old PS3 to my new PS3 Slim, I noticed that some cars in my garage have no thumbnail pic & some pictures are incorrect regarding parts & paint job, they just show up as stock or just the wrong colour.

Has anyone noticed that on the Volvo C30 the largest turbo has lower HP and Torque than the stage 2? is this a glitch or does it match the engines profile in real life?

Maybe the old Corvettes of yore had unreliable speedometers that PD modeled for poops and giggles.

Really far fetched I know.
 
89 Camaro Iroc Z . The brake lights are always on. When you apply the brakes, the lights go away. Ass backwards if you ask me.
 
Jay Leno Tank Car: I tried an engine overhaul yesterday.

When the overhaul is finished the front wheels stick through the closed gate.

I guess the room is not big enough to hold the car, but it made me think it was that guy from Terminator II pretending to be a car.
 
Seeing interesting bug here: the game will hang sometimes, for up to several minutes, between races and when switching between seasonal events. If one goes into a specific event, backs out, and then tries to go into that same event or another, it will hang at the GT splash logo and do nothing. Usually I can threaten it by pressing the PS button, backing out, and doing this a few times.

Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro V-10 - Go into photo mode and try to take a pic of that beastly V-10. You will be greatly disappointed to find out your V-10 Audi only has a V-8.

PD - "But it'll take longer to model the V-10 engine! We'll just use the model from the V-8, nobody will notice! There, now there's 200 cars instead of 199"
 
When lining up for my run on rally expert my driver had an attack of "B-spec bob syndrome" and ran into the wall and got stuck. I lost by 1 second

You also can't race with the M3 TOURING car that only costs 99'000
 
I keep track of what museum cards I have with a spreadsheet. Lately I have noticed that some have gone missing. Two days ago I had 46 Mercedes Benz, today 44. That's just one example.

So you want to use a car that has never competed in DTM (it is an ETCC/WTCC car, and is a 320i not an M3), but you don't want to compete against one that did?

Although that said, it does allow you to use the M3 GTR race car.
 
Hm, maybe its a translation error, I got the german version of the game, for the turbo tuning option it says:

"Turbo für niedrige Drehzahlen" (Stage 1 Turbo, translated it means "turbo charger for low rpms")

"Turbo für mittlere Drehzahlen" (Stage 2 Turbo, translated it means "turbo charger for middle rpms")

"Turbo für hohe Drehzahlen" (Stage 3 Turbo, translated it means "turbo charger for high rpms")

Ok, so I thought a stage 1 turbo would be great for my F40, to reduce turbo lag a little bit. I bought all three turbos for testing reasons and somehow, the torque/rpm graph doesn`t even change a bit, it only turns a f.e. "400kw" peak into a "420kw" peak.
Is this a translation error or a bug?
 
Any one else have problems with the movies starting up under GT TV? I have the opening and 2 versions of the ending. None of them will start for me...it just hangs there! :indiff:

This is a lil bit off topic...any one else too have problems staying logged into forums? I have to log in just about everytime I do something...lol. Its not just this forum either just any forum. I'm guessing its probably my internet...i'm on the slow :indiff:

Yeah,and the headlights are wrong too,theyre not the v10s full LED lights.
Lifted right off the V8...disappointing
 
Searched the thread and didn't find this posted.

Was in my lounge last night with some friends. One of them had somehow found a way to make his car ghost, but even though it was a ghost car, it was still solid.
