Is there any way to get a rhino without getting a 6 stars wanted level..? and not 100%?

yes you can drop into area 69 and only get 5 stars
, otherthan that you have to get 100% or jack it from the army at 6 starsand spuds its between the tanks, i think KM posted it earlier.

Yes-- there should be one in the restricted area-- in the LV desert--- if you have the jet pack you can easily get over the fence-- you only get 5 stars this way. The Rhino isn't as durable as in earlier GTAs-- at least it gets damaged more (the theory is that blown up cars you crash into burn and the fire gets to it pretty fast)

, yeah i found out the rhino isnt as durable as well, the stupid fire from the cars, just like you say. its a bit annoying, i loved the long rhino rampages in VC

yeah, i remember driving around for ages with the rhino in VC.. fun stuff... also both the rhino and the hunter dont give you too much warning when they're about to blow up...

Div is back
Stand under your petrol garage overhang in Doherty where the game save icon is, get 6 stars by shooting all the cops and vehicles that come to you. Once you have 6 stars (should take around 10mins) then go on a quick dash up the main road and back again. There should be Rhinos all over the place, quickly save the game to get rid of all of your wanted level. The Rhinos should still be driving around after you continue, jack one for only 1 wanted star.

ifs it not there i have no idea where it would be, ive never come across a mini gun except in the area 69 mission

What a coincidence-- I just found one last night (at least it looked like a minigun--I never fired it)in the southeast section of LV--there is a building under construction--looks like a bunch of scafolding on the north side of the building--up on or near the top level is a minigun--- note its outside the highway loop--- I'm not sure if you can climb up to it-- I happened to be flying my jetpack when I saw it and grabbed it--- I didn't check to see if it could be accessed another way-- you could probably get it with a heli too if you can't climb up there if you hover in the right spot before you get out.

Anybody know where I can found an hovercraft and the go-kart from OC loc Mission with Madd Dogg

hovercraft - go to the south western beach in los santos... there is an inlet that leads up to a building with a hovercraft sitting there...
gokart - on the very north part of the map, there is a little town called el queblalald something.. the place where you get/date the girlfriend that allows you to get busted and keep your weapons.. there is a building that you can walk into (up a ramp, into the building) and there'll be a gokart sitting there.. i know i have found a couple others but can't remember specifically where they are.. i know there's one in los santos in an alley behind a building, but not sure exactly where..
when you say SWAT truck i assume you mean the riot control vehicle that sprays water.... i'm pretty sure the only way you can get this is during the riot...

i think they're talking about the truck that rams down the wall from the mission. i dont think you can get either the one you're talking about or the riot control tank thingy outside of the missoins...
