I don't believe in using guides (not when GTA SA has to last me until GT4!) so it looks as if i'll have to go for a bit of a 'splish splash'

- do you have to get all the oysters before your lung capacity goes up?

nope, i maxed my lung capaity when i had 5-10 oysters

i dont like using guides either, but since there are 250 colletibles, i decided to use the maps

huntleys are great ! I had one with a hydros and off road tires, i used it in the the truth mission from LV where you got to find the to brit freaks in the desert , had it lifted and bombed the the desert, it was great !

Well that shouldn't be happening. Seems to be a problem with your disc. Take a look at it.

Also, wat is this "Hydro Huntley" everyone's takling about? I have a normal Huntley, and I love it. All I gave it was Bass Boost.

Yes, you're very near the end. From what I remember you're only a mission or two from the very end.

So when you complete that save before you do the last mission so you can watch the credits as many times as you like.

beat the firetruck (R3) mission and you will be fireproof

I did firefighter long before this mission-- makes you immune to the flames..... To do firefighter, get in a firetruck (evidently the one near your SF safehouse doesn't work) and press R3-- complete up to level 12.

Other people have passed it prior to doing firefighter so it is possible.

This is minor spoiler but if you hate the part you keep failing, read on...





Also, if you happen to get out of the building, there is a second part to the mission. If you fail the 2nd part--- DON'T RELOAD-- when you restart the mission, it will give you option of skipping the first part (in the building) and you start at the second part.

i completed that mission without being fireproof, its not too hard, i did however have hitman with m4 so i always had heaps of health and armour.

The Exchange and Keep Your Friends Close took a few attempts each to figure out and get right though.

hm i cant remeber many of the missions, they were nearly 50 hours gameplay ago, or even more as i finished the mainstory missions way before 100%.

But i dont think i had much trouble with any of the missions, the hardest GTA mission i played was the job in VC, no SA mission was that hard, though im sure if i didnt have hitman with m4, alot of missions in SA would of been way way way harder.

The storyline mission that gave me most trouble was "You've Had Your Chips", but that was because the stupid ****ty aiming in San Andreas is all ****ed up. As soon as I get indoors on that mission my aiming went all bolloxy and CJ started aiming at machines when bad guys were pumping him full of lead or he aimed at the roof or a wall when there was someone six feet from him with a gun.

How the hell did some of the reviews I've read get away with claiming that Rockstar have improved the aiming in this game? They said the same thing for Vice City. In my opinion, the aiming has got worse if anything from game to game, but all the reviews have been fawning over Rockstar's improvements to the auto aim system and how it's so much better than Vice City. Someone has been greasing reviewers palms I think.

A load of old bull**** if you ask me.

i think it all has to do with your camera angle, if its behind CJ he wont spin around automatically you have to make him, in other words i think he will only target people in his line of sight.

Actually he didn't. All he talked about that I can see is that he wanted to know the name of the track. He didn't directly say he wanted to Download the music.

Also, I believe the aiming system has improved in some areas, and has gone downhill in other areas, as in the mission KM stated. I had no difficulty in that mission, as I have learned to use the Auto-Aim system fairly well, and I'm very careful in shooting missions. Also, just for reference, it's quite easy to blow up the Machines with a Rocket Launcher.
