General San Andreas Discussion and Questions

There's a hotdog stand by the stadium in San Fierro and one by the Bike School in Las Venturas.

There's a vending machine inside the motel where you rescue Sweet during one of the Los Santos missions. It's in the north of Los Santos, I can't remember what it's called.

KM.

cool, so far the closest ones to where i do vigilante (desert area) is the bike school. someone said something about near the desert airbase.

When you do vigilante do they stay in the same general area for every level? Whenever I've done them they always seem to migrate around. I've started in the desert and ended in Red County. But whenever I've done vigilate it's always been with the hunter. Maybe it's different for other vehicals?

Cmon people, help me out and post locations of hotdog stands/ vending machines so i can get past lvl 129 on vigilante

There is one on the Santa Maria Pier (out toward the end)

There is also one in angel pine-- its a pretty small town you can't miss it.

Thats all I can think of at this time.

yeah vigilante starts at the airbase where the hunter is and goes from downtown in SF to edge of LV, but it does stay away from LS and badlands area. Only edge of SF across the gant bridge. otherwise its bone country, boat school area and edge of LV

When you just drive around normally, if you spot one, write it down. List every location or maybe mark it on a map, so that when you actually do Vigilante, it would be easy to find one.

There should be 1 at every major racing stadium, like the 8-Track, DirtTrack, BloodRing, etc.

When turf war'ing do the other gangs only try to re-take turf that they've previously owned or do they try and take your turf that the other gang used to own?

Simple explanation of question:
Ballas can only try to take back turf they used to own?
or
Ballas can try and take your turf that you've taken from the Vagos?

You all know the intro song from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air right? Here is the San Andreas version of it.

In west San Andreas, born and raised
Los Santos is where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool and all
Shootin' gangbangers outside of school
Then a couple of Ballas, they were up to no good
Started makin' trouble in my neighborhood
I got in one little fight, the cops got scared
They chased me down to the Los Santos International Air'
I stepped in front of a cab and when it came near
I jacked the car and shot the driver right in the rear
If anything, I can say that this cab is rare
Then I thought, "Nah forget it" and drove off with the fare
I pulled up to San Fierro about 7 or 8
And I yelled to the cops "Yo pigs, smell ya later"
Look at my kingdom, I was finally there
Robbin' more folks in the streets of San Fierr'

Brilliant.Lol

$1,250,000 i belive, four kings straight up. I love playin Video poker with $50,000.

Wow, that game gives you some money. I still prefer Black Jack. I just get money from that and Roulette. I seem to go well at both.

i can only bet with 1,000 in black jack, how much do you have to play to get it up to 1million?

I don't know. I had a big Gambling spree and I'm now allowed to bet $100,000. But I couldn't tell you. Just keep betting.

not much.. it'll take maybe 20 minutes or so to get from 0 betting skill to be able to bet at the $1,000,000 tables

Easiest way to get your money up by gambling is to keep playing Roulette and bet on the 3-in-1 space. Every time you win, go and save. If you lose, load up. And make sure to use the Save Disk outside the Casino. Keep doing this, it's not too tedious, and tripleing your money isn't that bad. It's not hard to win. Maybe saving near the Inside Track Betting place in the country is a better idea.

My betting and loan limit is 1,000,000 . I played blackjack from starting with 560, 000 ( limit was 100, 000)..I,m up to 12,460,000 . It seems finding them horse shoes jacks your luck up a bit . if I could win like this IRL I wouldnt bother working.

I went boating today, and saw that the water never seems to end. That got me thinking, could there be some cool easter egg hidden out there?

it does eventually end, its like an invisble barrier, it does take to long to reach in the hydra or AT400

I thought it just kept going, but you weren't actually moving anywhere? So you could fly East for 20 hours, but come back West and reach land in a few minutes again...? And it didn't turn you around or you didn't hit a Barrier like on previous games...
