Giulietta73's Gallery |Some more comp entries|

Very nice red Viper pic, some kind of cartoonish edit really uncommon. First and second white R34 shots are efficient, the car seems to levitate over the road in the second pic. Nice work Eric 👍

Cheers Herve. You're right, it does seem to levitate:ouch:
How did that get through quality control? Will have to do that one again:lol:
I masked the car and edited it seperately as the original was quite dark - note to self: check that the blacks and greys all match!!:banghead:

With the Viper pic the edit just seemed to take on a life of it's own. I wanted a poster style look to it so I pushed up the saturation levels of the warm tones alaong with the contrast.

The last Mines shot is the best of the bunch 👍, good thing you went with it for your entry. ;)

Very beautiful viper shot, love this kind of toning.
Agree with Hervé about the R34 shots, I like very much the last one 👍

That third Mine's GT-R shot is, in my opinion, one of your best shots so far, Giulietta73. Lovely lighting, contrast, composition and depth of field. 👍

Very nice shots, mate, I like the atmosphere in them! :)👍

Thanks guys.👍 I really struggled with this car. I couldn't get it to scream at all. It was one of those days where nothing went quite right.:ill:

Glad you liked the 3rd one, I was pleased with that one too.:)

Haven't seen that car in a while, Giulietta73. Each one of these shots has a lovely composition. Both lighting and focal length are great, as well. Nice work! 👍

Good looking photos, Eric! I'll be looking forward to competing in your theme for the CCCL competition this week.

Wow, daily improvement is your path Eric, no more blacks and grey unfittings :) Great urban extreme speed Bentley shots, camera angles, lighting 👍

Efficiently done dust edit, the licence plate adds a powerfull realistic mood, they must add a licence late editor and custom painting garage in GT6.

Monaco seems to become one of your fav place, number 3 has the best camera angle and 5 the best lighting, may I should take care of the comp thread :)

Thanks Herve:cheers:
Really glad you like them. Monaco has definitely become a fave place - it's like Laguna Seca - one heck of challenge!!!
Very, very good shots!! Legendarily great!!
Thanks Ciro - kind words indeed!!!

Sure Laguna Seca is a hellish challenge when it comes to photomode :)

Mad Max invading London streets, excellent edit Eric, the dust, mud (even on the side glass) and rust are brilliantly done. Bravo :D

Thanks Herve:tup:
I ended up with 23 layers - almost each body panel/part had to be done seperately so that it looked right, followed by ages adjusting the opacity and contrast so that they all melded into one.

Then I had to flatten the whole thing and start working on the tones of the composition. A labour of love! And another learning curve climbed!!

You've been a busy bee. So good stuff happening in here. the Speed 8 set is quite nice I like the toning treatment on them in particular.

The P4 is not bad my fav is the last one, nice colours and composition and has the right feel for the location.

The Mad Max Cammer is interesting and fairly well done. The dirt intergration is good I htink what it lacked a little to me was a final overall filtering/toning to enhance the feel of the shot a bit more.

As for the 3.0 edit, I quite like it. the toning and gritty feel of it works well. Compostion is alittle plain and tight but the effects are intergratged quite well. 👍

Thanks GPR - as always, lots of food for thought. Its always good to see a way forward.:)
I struggled with the toning of the Cammer to be honest, and the Jag - well that really was the case of the small child in a huge sweet shop! I wanted to do everything and for it all be in your face - hence the close shot:lol: In the back of my mind was a 'side of the track brokendown' type of shot. And there's really only one track for the Jag to breakdown on for me. And it ain't Tskuba!
My main disappointment with the jag was for me my fave bit on the Crammer - the dirty windscreen. I brought the opacity of that layer down just too much.:grumpy: But I am pleased with the smoking brake disc - experimental though it was.

Wow, 23 layers, I'm not patient ehough :) Again the Mad Max Cammer is a true skills level up 👍 A gold C63, quatary car ? :) The Jaguar edit must be sent to pody, in order to help them with Endurance realistic (after 23 hours of intense driving) cars. Bravo Eric 👍
