Not bad mate, the toning and clean sheen lines are the standout features of those shots. Compositions could have been a little better and they feel a bit tightly framed to me. But they have a good appeal. 👍

I totally agree with George. While I really like the lighting and contrast in these pictures, I find that the individual compositions can still be improved by quite a bit. 👍

Thanks George & GT-R. You're right about that, the car has become too much of the focus - time to zoom out a little. Sometimes the quest for detail should be 'less is more'. Really appreciate your critiques:tup:

Shot 1 is great, love the contrast, cool tint and the composition. Best of the bunch for me. 👍

I think shot 3 is also pretty good, I like the composition and toning the only thing I'm not keen on is the car colour and in shot 3 it appears a little too washed out and not fitting with the environment but you made the track look good which is certainly a challenge with that track. 👍

The green on the Mercedes looks good. It reminds me of a lemon lime Arctic Ice from Dairy Queen, but not as green.

Thanks GPR I agree - didn't have time to mask the car and tint the rest of the shot, net result being I lost the depth of green in the yellow.👍

Not bad mate. I agree with Croooooow good choice for your entry out of those. I also like the second shot from the set, the muted tones which blend well add a bit of atmosphere which I really like. Plus the even light and clean reflection sheen are good too. 👍

Finally the second last is pretty good also, the composition is nice and the arrows in the backgorund lead your eye towards the car which is the focal point and the sky looks great. Well done 👍

Glad you think so. Wasn't sure about it - nearly went for the headlight shot just to be different from the other entries.

Glad you like the second last shot - that's the same place where I washed out the green on the Merc. With that and the 3rd Miura shot I adjusted the car seperately from the rest of the photo to maintain the balance of the greens. I'm pleased with the result.
