Or is it.... "Hey, you had the benefit of money brought in by your father, the hitman. Don't you dare try to stop me killing for money, you hypocrite"?

Has this already been posted ? i will post anyway. The Antarctic Ozone layer is healing it's self now.Which is cool.

In your initial post you said that you thought it had more to do with the reduction in vehicle emissions than the reduction of CFCs. However, while vehicle emissions contribute to certain atmospheric problems they are not ozone-depleting. That means that the reduction of CFCs is still the prime candidate for this positive change.

I thought this is decade-old news? But the article's dated June this year.
It shrinks and grows in fairly long-term cycles, but tends to make the news when it grows fastest. It's being outpaced by ice lost in the Arctic however and occasionally calves massive ice shelfs that cover thousands of square miles, so it's not really worth crowing about too much - the Antarctic is in the minority when it comes to areas cooling rather than warming.

I saw some ad at Aljazeera about people living around Arctic and effects of Ice melting. It's scary when the old women descrbes the place as full of grass before and today not.

It looks like this year will be the warmest....

Some insect populations tend to rise and fall in natural cycles.
OTOH, may it could be due to climate shifts. But we could also consider radiation. Human caused radiation from accidents and above ground tests in the past, and also natural radiation increases as Earth's magnetic field cyclically weakens allowing in more cosmic rays. Its hard to say without an analysis of your locale and its microclimate.

I once lived in an area with lots a farms and local livestock, then I moved to a big city where there was far less farming and local livestock, could this be global warming causation?

"Global warming" is held to be coincidental with the global shift over time from agriculture to manufacturing, from farm to city. So your answer, writ large, ought to be yes.

...you know what I was getting at, get out. You've ruined my sarcasm. You and you're macro explanation rather than an on point micro one of "no you idiot, that's not how it works". I give you a wide opening and you failed me.

I took that risk knowingly. But I seldom turn down the opportunity to take things literally. "More on that later" = "he said moron!" :D

No worries, mate. Let's have another round of drinks and jokes.

It's too early for that, we're on the same time zone you should know better. :(

maybe the city is norther

You know interestingly the cities fall on nearly the same degree latitude with only a slight difference in projection on said latitude. However, this is a hypothetical hyperbole to extract some sarcastic semblance of two cities, making a point on how generalization in a serious topic of discussion are bad.

You can come have some of mine. Things keep getting in the house and my daughter even has a special firefly jar for when she catches them.

We are also having a spike in brown recluse bites if you want some of those.

Wanna exchange for some cockroaches? Variety of them!

I think we always seem to look at global warming the wrong way. When it comes down to brass tacks, what we need to do is not worry about climate change ruining us or our planet, or not, depending on your "belief", but rather, we need to figure out how to control climate change. Whether there is a human influence or not (I am of a mind that us dumping huge amounts of green house gasses into the atmosphere will of course have an effect), the fact of the matter is that our crops/livestock grow best at a certain temp. A temp I am thinking we are best figuring out how to maintain. Warming, or another ice age, either way, we are going to be having a bad time if we don't get it under control.
I think more than climate change, we have a pollution problem. I think we need to come up with better forms of waste management. We will likely have issues with good, clean water, and breathable air before we have issues with global warming.
