I currently have a used copy of the Greatest Hits Final Fantasy VII valued at $75.

I am willing to take $50 Canadian for it MINIMUM.

Just a couple comments.

The greatest hits version is the least valuable of them all. I think the most valuable one was the black box with that infamous spelling mistake.
Ever since they released it on PSN they're worth a lot less.

$50 seems a little bit steep.
