Maybe the most experienced livery creators already know this, but i think it could be helpfull for starters
In this webpage (there are many others) http://imagecolorpicker.com/en you can upload your image or just copy and paste the URL where your image is, after that just click on the color you want and you will get the RGB code and HSV values. We are going to use HSV , the "S" and the "V" are the same in GT Sport, and for the "H" value you need to multiply it by 0.28 (which actually is (1/360)x100 )
An example for the TagHeuer green:
.From the webpage we get these HSV values H 157.2 S 100 V 39.22
.So in GT Sport we are going to use these HSV values H 43.6 S 100 V 39.22
