That's like saying you can make a Porsche 911 (996) into a 911 (997) by adding new headlights, bumpers, etc. and get the same result as buying a new 997... the things is, though they may look similar, they are in fact very different (both for the Porsche and the game).

Could you give an example of a patch that changes the physics of a game, its graphics engine completely, all menus and add such a significant part of its contents that it would be comparable o superior to the full content of other games.
