Are there more events and races than GT5?

there seem to be a 100 races at least since there is a trophy to get 300 stars which mean 100 Gold

I want more! with 1200 cars & about 40 tracks, I want lots of races that take months to complete.

IIRC, the total number of stars was 576. It said how many stars I've got out of the total on the status page. (not at home now so I'm not playing atm)

That's a good question. I have always been bothered by the total HP of some cars. There are plenty of real world examples of cars running more HP. Not just drag cars either.

Please, can you use a GT3 car in Arcade Mode at Bathurst. Set time to 6am with speed at 60. 1 or 2 laps. Weather at 50%. are you able to pick number of AI cars and GT3 cars? Example; 3 SLS GT3, 4 Z4 GT3, 4 R8 GT3 and 4 GT-R GT3

Why the grind fest again?... surely if we get good results in the first test let us drive some more powerful machines in better races if we choose.. or at least let us set the difficulty setting.

This is a step in the correct direction as a-spec career was far too short. But imo it should be like 300-400 races to be perfect. On the other hand if they are rolling starts and chase the rabbit (as it looks like) adding lots of events doesn't help that much

Yeah, only the main races give you stars. Though, you need a certain amount of stars to unlock the license tests and other events like the coffee break.

Also 2 things I forgot to mention:
Not sure if this was in previous games, but I noticed that on the last lap you see a man waving the checkered flag near the finishing line.
You can now pick the color of your prize car!

How is rain quality compare to GT5?
What about rally and dirt races? how many of them are in the game?
